This sweet lady was brought in as a very nervous stray, so while we don't know much about her past, we can assume she had a rough life before coming to us. This has all been pretty stressful for this pretty girl, so she's had a hard time adjusting. She has started to come out of her shell, though! Meet Tazz Tazz is our almost six year old tabby sass-a-frass! She recently arrived to HAP when her owner could no longer care for her. Since she's lived in a loving home most of her life, she's struggled transitioning into shelter life. We're still giving her some time to settle in so we're unsure if her sassiness is because she doesn't feel settled yet or if that's her true personality. What we do know is that underneath that initial sass is a very affectionate girly! Once Tazz feels more comfortable, she will weave and rub and push her entire body weight into you for loving. But if you stop before she's had her fill, you're not going to hear the end of it because she will let you know she wants more with her loud meows! She's quite the vocal girly. We haven't seen how she is with other cats yet so we're unsure how she'd do living in a home with other cats.
