Story
Hello! I'm Sullivan and my birthdate is March 14, 2026 so I'm just a wee babe but already nice and spunky! I love to play and nap, snooze and romp, love and snuggle, purr and purr some more. All you have to do is walk into the room and my purr box gets revvin! I'm a very content little kitten. I love to eat, love to sleep, love to play, and I love to snuggle. You will want to hold me and give me soft kisses! Grab a wand toy and play with me and we will be perfectly happy. Come meet me soon so we can start our life together. I'm ready! Story
Hello, I'm Purrcy. I had a very loving home with my person but now she isn't able to take care of me. She made sure I got to the safety of Desert Haven and now I'm in search of my second and final loving home. I am very playful and active. I am an excellent user of my litter box. I have beautiful manners and I'm gentle and sweet. I fall head over heels in love with my family so be ready for the big personality and big love that big orange tabby cats bring to your life! I get a little shy when company comes over and hide. If they stay long enough then I will investigate their worthiness to see if I want to play with them. I usually do, but it does take me a few days to gain comfort. Really, I have big loving eyes for my family and am just super loyal! I am 7 years old and ready to become the ginger that brings the spice to your life! Story
Meet Feather (white) and Alex (tuxedo)! Together, this special pair balances out the responsibilities of the Cool Cat Neighborhood: Feather takes care of the welcoming and cat interactions, while Alex makes sure things are running as they should. Their relationship is one that allows them to each shine at what they do best. They come together for mealtimes (they walk over holding tails to the feeders!) and love to sit and observe the Cool Cat Neighborhood from a rooftop in the evenings, as if to sit and reflect on the day and say “we did it once again, didn’t we?” Their relationship is an inspiring one. Feather: Feather has a very deep, caring sensitivity to him. He’s the cat that‘s always excited about our new arrivals. He’s always ready to make the new arrivals feel comfortable. Feather plays with them, lays by them. This gorgeous (just look at all his pictures, we had to share them all!) 2 year old has grown lots in confidence with his human friends during his time here so far. He loves to play with the wand, takes treats directly from the hand, and allows for pets here and there. Alex: Alex is the coolest cat of the Cool Cat Neighborhood. And you have to be if you’re gonna be running the whole place! He watches over the village from the rooftop pictured below making sure everything is going a-ok, from designated nap spots being respected and that everyone gets a treat. He chuckles when he sees other cats rolling around in catnip uncontrollably. But, we’ve caught Alex trying out catnip himself. Alex’s job requires that he walk around large and fluffy. A regal lion. But, underneath all that fluff is a sweetheart who has come around to taking treats directly from the volunteers and allowing them to come right up to him for life advice. Some have even touched his tail!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 9, 2026, 10:28 am

Story
Hello! I'm Zoe and this is my sister Meadow and I've been nominated to write our bio! Even though we have one adoption listing for both of us, that doesn't mean we HAVE to be adopted together. If you want to adopt just one kitten, you can! However, we would make a fabulous pair of kittens in a single family so we are subliminally suggesting you adopt us both by joining forces in a single bio! Uh oh! Since we said it out loud it probably doesn't qualify as being "subliminal" any longer. Oh well! Two kittens is better than one anyway, we pinky swear on that. Here we go!   I am Zoe and I'm the more outgoing of the two of us. I will walk right up to you for petsies, snuggle in your arms, and play with you for as long as you want to swish that wand toy around. My sister Meadow is just slightly shy so you have to walk up to her and give her all the petsies. She also likes to be held and snuggled and played with too, but she won't be overt about it like me. I'm a little more confident, she's a little more shy. We are both fantastic! Sugar and spice and everything nice, and all that. Good little kitten girls, that's for sure.   We are tortie/calico mixes: our mama is a beautiful calico and we're guessing our papa must've been a tortie cuz we have that beautiful deep brown coloring mixed with oranges and blacks and tans. So pretty! We were nursed and loved by our mama all the way to 8 weeks old: lucky us! Getting so much good lovin and socialization from our cat-mama means we are gentle and sweet and we don't rough house or scratch when we play. So we can grow up with children and we'll all be safe and happy!   We were born on April 21, 2026 and we already have two sets of kitten shots and we're good and healthy. Desert Haven will even help our adopters with the next vaccines and help to get us spayed when we're old enough too. They love us that much! And you will too. We are cute, happy, friendly, loving, healthy girls. And we are ready for our families to find us!    Love, Zoe and MeadowVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 5, 2026, 11:03 am

Cupcake has got to be one of the most talkative cats in the Cool Cat Neighborhood! Thing is, you just have to get to know her to learn this about her. (How many people do you know that this is true for too?) This little one LOVES to get petsies and treats. She will follow you around and weave around your legs, you have to be careful not to step on her! And when it comes to play, Cupcake has some ninja swiping skills- "SWOOSH, BAT, ZING"! Schedule an appointment today and come meet Cupcake! Message us today right here on Petfinder, or text/call 575-740-0643, e-mail DHanimalrescue@gmail.com!
