Ayant vécu un passé difficile, elle peut avoir besoin de quelques temps pour s’adapter à son nouvel environnement et prendre confiance. Une fois qu’elle se sent en sécurité, elle dévoile tranquillement sa vraie personnalité et devient une compagne affectueuse, joueuse et attachante. Très affectueuse à sa façon, Cannelle aime recevoir des caresses et vous montrera souvent son appréciation en se roulant sur le dos pour demander de l’attention. Elle préfère toutefois garder les quatre pattes au sol et n’est pas une grande fan d’être prise dans les bras. Grande communicatrice, Cannelle est une chatte très vocale qui n’hésitera pas à vous faire savoir ce qu’elle pense! Elle aime être près de ses humains et vous suivra volontiers dans la maison pour participer à vos activités. Curieuse et joueuse, elle adore s’amuser, particulièrement avec les jouets à plumes. Elle apprécie aussi beaucoup les petites gâteries, qui sont une belle façon de gagner son cœur.
