Issue d’un sauvetage, elle a un tempérament indépendant et réservé et a surtout besoin de calme, de patience et de stabilité. Gertrude a été abandonnée par sa propriétaire. Nous assurons actuellement sa garde, mais notre situation ne nous permet malheureusement plus de continuer à nous en occuper dans de bonnes conditions. Gertrude n’est pas une chatte très démonstrative ni facile à manipuler. Elle préfère garder ses distances, ne se laisse pratiquement pas prendre dans les bras et accepte difficilement le brossage ou les manipulations prolongées. Lorsqu’elle se sent contrainte ou stressée, elle peut réagir par des griffures ou des morsures. Son pelage présente actuellement quelques amas de poils qui nécessiteraient une prise en charge adaptée. Gertrude pourrait réellement s’épanouir dans un environnement calme et prévisible, auprès de personnes patientes, idéalement habituées aux chats craintifs ou indépendants. Gertrude is a lovely, spayed female cat, around 6 years old, with a white and brown tabby coat. A rescue cat, she has an independent and reserved temperament; above all, she needs a calm, patient, and stable environment. Gertrude was surrendered by her owner. We are currently caring for her, but unfortunately, our situation no longer allows us to provide the proper care she requires. Gertrude is not particularly demonstrative or easy to handle. She prefers to keep her distance, rarely allows herself to be picked up, and is reluctant to accept grooming or prolonged handling. If she feels forced or stressed, she may react by scratching or biting. Her coat currently has some matted areas that require appropriate grooming attention. Gertrude could truly thrive in a quiet, predictable environment with patient people—ideally those experienced with timid or independent cats. Her well-being is our top priority. Il nous avait été confié par une gentille dame qui, ne pouvant malheureusement pas le garder, souhaitait lui donner une chance de trouver une nouvelle famille. Depuis son arrivée, Névé a fait énormément de progrès. Au début, il était très craintif et préférait se faire tout petit. On le retrouvait souvent bien caché derrière un autre minou ou confortablement dissimulé dans une cachette de l’arbre à chat. Mais derrière cette petite bouille inquiète se cache un chat qui a appris à faire confiance aux humains. Aujourd’hui, Névé est beaucoup plus à l’aise avec nous. On le retrouve maintenant de plus en plus souvent sur le plancher, aux côtés de ses congénères, à participer aux jeux et aux activités avec les bénévoles qui l’accompagnent dans sa socialisation. Difficile de ne pas tomber sous le charme de Névé! Ce gros minet tout doux est un véritable amour, sans la moindre malice. Toujours gentil et prêt à jouer, il a gardé son cœur de chaton malgré ses 7 ans. On a parfois du mal à croire qu’il est déjà adulte tellement il est enjoué! Névé, c’est le genre de chat qui apporte de la douceur, de la bonne humeur… et beaucoup de moments de jeu à sa future famille. Il nous montre chaque jour qu’avec du temps, de la patience et beaucoup de douceur, même les chats les plus craintifs peuvent apprendre à faire confiance et à profiter pleinement de leur environnement. Névé pourrait tout à fait vivre dans un foyer avec d’autres amis félins. Notre beau minou est devenu un chat alerte et courageux. Souvent le premier à nous accueillir lorsqu'on vient visiter sa salle. Il pourrait vivre dans une famille avec des enfants, si ceux-ci sont assez grands pour comprendre son besoin de douceur. He arrived in our care in February 2025 with his mouth in very poor condition. He had been entrusted to us by a kind woman who, unfortunately, could no longer keep him and wanted to give him the chance to find a new family. Since arriving, Névé has made tremendous progress. At first, he was very fearful and preferred to make himself as small as possible. We would often find him hiding behind another cat or tucked away in one of the cozy hiding spots in the cat tree. But behind that worried little face is a cat who has learned to trust people. We also find him more and more often out on the floor, alongside his feline companions, taking part in games and activities with the volunteers who are helping him with his socialization. It’s hard not to fall in love with Névé! This big, gentle boy is an absolute sweetheart, without a mean bone in his body. Always kind and ready to play, he has kept his kitten-like heart despite being 7 years old. Sometimes it is hard to believe that he is already an adult because he is still so playful and full of energy! Névé is the kind of cat who will bring sweetness, happiness… and plenty of playful moments to his future family. Avec son superbe poil long, doux et soyeux, son regard curieux et son petit côté gourmand, elle charme rapidement tous ceux qui la rencontrent. Joueuse, curieuse et pleine de personnalité, c'est une jeune chatte qui aime explorer son environnement et s'approprier rapidement ses endroits préférés : le bord d'une fenêtre, un gros coussin bien installé au salon ou encore le fond d'un garde-robe. Annette est une chatte indépendante qui apprécie qu'on respecte son espace. Elle n'aime pas particulièrement être manipulée, mais elle vient volontiers chercher de l'attention quand elle en a envie, souvent au moment des repas, qu'elle accueille avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme! Elle adore alors les caresses sur la tête et le cou, mais préfère qu'on évite le bas du dos. Avec les autres chats, Annette a du caractère. Une paire inséparable  Momo et Obi sont arrivés au refuge en janvier 2026, après avoir traversé ensemble les épreuves de la vie dans la rue. Depuis toujours, ces deux grands amis peuvent compter l’un sur l’autre.  Momo , 5 ans, est un chat légèrement timide et doux qui a besoin qu’on l’approche avec patience, douceur et respect de son rythme. Il ne demande qu’une chose : qu’on lui laisse le temps de s’ouvrir. Lorsqu’il accorde enfin sa confiance, il révèle une grande tendresse et offre son affection avec une douceur infinie. Il ne deviendra peut-être pas un chat de genoux dès les premières semaines, mais chaque petit progrès sera une magnifique récompense. Il est de plus en plus curieux et il est toujours pas loin à d’observer l’action. Obi , quant à lui, est un magnifique chat blond d’environ 5 ans et demi. De bonne taille, doux et calme, il apprécie les longues siestes, la tranquillité et une vie à son propre rythme. Il est assez joueur. On peut voir qu’il aime la stimulation.
