Good with cats,
Story
This 9.4-pound tuxedo gentleman is fully neutered, medically up to date, and absolutely bursting with opinions he would love to share with you. Haven is very talkative and treats every day like an open-mic night. Cooking dinner? He has commentary. Watching TV? He’s got a review. Walking into the room? Oh good — he’s been waiting to tell you about his day. Haven isn’t just chatty for the fun of it (though he does enjoy the sound of his own voice). He’s a social guy who likes being part of whatever you’re doing and will happily hold a full conversation with you. If you’ve ever wanted a cat who greets you, answers back, and keeps the house from ever feeling too quiet, Haven may be your perfect match. Behind all that chatter is a sweet, handsome tuxedo boy who’s ready to bring personality, companionship, and plenty of adorable commentary to his forever home. If you’re looking for a cat who will truly talk to you, Haven is ready to start the conversation. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.

Good with cats,
Story
Chester Cheeto is a 4½-year-old orange tabby weighing 10.2 pounds of pure cheddar-colored charm. Like many orange cats, he has that classic sweet, lovable personality that makes orange kitties so hard to resist. He’s neutered and medically up to date, and ready to head home with a family of his own. Chester is the kind of cat who enjoys the simple things in life — cozy naps, sunny windows, and spending time near his favorite people. If you’re looking for a warm, friendly companion with plenty of orange-cat sweetness, Chester Cheeto may be your perfect match. Come meet him and see why life is better with a little extra Cheeto in it. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter.
