Good with cats,
Story
Ketta is a beautiful brown and white tabby Manx with one very charming feature — she’s missing the tail memo. Instead of a long swishy tail, Ketta sports the classic Manx look: a cute little stubby backside that makes her look like she hopped straight out of a storybook bunny catalog. It just adds to her already adorable personality. This petite lady weighs just 6.6 pounds, but what she lacks in size she makes up for in sweet, easygoing vibes. Ketta is spayed, up to date on all her medical care, and ready to settle into a cozy home. She seems to get along well with other cats and carries herself with a wonderfully calm, laid-back attitude that makes her easy to love. Ketta is the type of cat who’s happy to lounge nearby, quietly keep you company, and bring a little peaceful energy to your day. If you’re looking for a friendly, relaxed companion with a one-of-a-kind silhouette, Ketta may be the perfect fit. Come meet this adorable little lady — no tail, no problem, just more charm. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.

Story
Apollo 11 — one small step for a cat, one giant leap for your barn! This 4-year-old tuxedo gentleman weighs in at a sturdy 12.5 pounds and is fully mission-ready: neutered, up to date on his medical care, and prepared to take command of his very own farm, shop, or acreage. With his sleek black-and-white suit, Apollo 11 looks like he’s permanently dressed for a very formal space launch. Apollo 11 is a bit more of an independent explorer than a cuddle astronaut. While he’s not looking to be the star of your living room, he is ready to patrol barns, outbuildings, and property lines like the fearless cosmic ranger he is. Think of him as your personal Rodent Control Space Program — keeping watch over your land while enjoying the great outdoors. Like the historic mission he’s named after, Apollo 11 prefers wide open space and a job to do. A farm, acreage, or shop where he can live outside with shelter and regular meals would be the perfect launch site for this distinguished space traveler. If you’re looking for a self-reliant cat who’s ready to boldly go where the mice are… Apollo 11 is prepared for liftoff. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! Needs special attention,
Story
Say hello to Mee.co! A fluffy, fabulous tabby with a personality just as lovely as her coat. This long-haired white and brown beauty is about 9 years old and has mastered the art of being a calm, charming companion. She’s the kind of cat who appreciates the finer things in life: cozy naps, gentle pets, and a peaceful home where she can relax and be adored. Mee.co is medically up-to-date and FeLV+ (feline leukemia positive). She’s currently healthy, but he’ll need to live as an only cat or with other FeLV+ feline friends. What she needs most isn’t anything fancy—just a cozy home, a soft place to land, and someone ready for nonstop love and affection. At around 9 years old, Mee.co is past the kitten chaos stage and fully settled into her sweet, easygoing era. She’s looking for a kind human who understands that every cat deserves a chance and a soft place to land. If you’re ready to open your heart to a special girl with lots of love left to give, Mee.co would be honored to be your one-and-only feline friend. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Good with cats,
Story
DOB 5/17/25 Gabriella is a beautiful girl who's the last of her litter of 4. She was part of a TNR project where her mother was trapped by a property owner, relinquished but immediately determined by rescue to have nursing kittens. Mother was spayed, returned where she revealed her kitten location. She was retracted and four, 4 day old female kitties were recovered. A happy ending. Gabriella is as pretty as you'd want. She's slightly reserved at first but the minute you pet her, she melts. She loves attention, pets...she'll follow you and the more you ignore her, the flirtier she gets. She's best suited for a quiet, calm house. Gabriella is laid back, likes to play and EAT! She's the head of wet food cleanup in her foster home. Gabriella is looking for a mature, stable home that understands she may need grooming maintenance in time and the "hazzards" long coats can bring...mats, stuck poo, ect.
