Story

This is TwentyTwo (name due to his extra toes). He is a Hemingway/polydactyl so he has extra toe beans. He does need his toenails clipped on his extra toes. He is 11 years old. I have had him since he was a few weeks old. He is the most loving cat I have ever had, and wants to constantly cuddle. We have had many cats and dogs over the years, and he almost always gets along with all animals. He does occasionally cause issues with one of our dogs, which is the main reason for my decision to rehome. He will invade the dogs space (to cuddle or eat his food, etc) and this particular dog does not take well to that, leading to fights between the two. It is extremely important to me to find the best possible home for him. He would be best suited for a home that can give him all the attention and love he deserves. We do not have children in the home but he has always been fine with children that visit. I only take him to the vet as needed but happy to check on his status on shots.

I first found Patch under my car when she was about 4 days old and took her in since. She is now 1-2 years old. She was given away to a previous owner of hers. But due to unexpected circumstances. They were no longer able to keep her and now she's back here with me. I am looking for a home that will love her as much as we do and take great care of her. I need reassuring people who are serious about taking care of her. Because that's exactly what she needs. Love, a new home & reassurance.

We were fostered there with mom till about 6 weeks, and since @ Texarkana Animal League. We are all very social. Love attention and getting & giving love. And we're very playful! I am neutered, have a microchip, and all my 1st year vaccines have been given. I had FIP which is usually a death sentence in cats but I had an experimental treatment that took months and months and now I'm cured and a healthy and happy adult cat!!!I am now finally available for adoption to the perfect home because I am very special to all of the volunteers who took care of me all the time, I was sick and all the time I was getting better and now that I'm well and such a loving cat! All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered. If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee. Minnow is a precious little kitten that was bottle-fed with his adopted sister Shadow by one of our employees, so he is very loveable and loves all people and plays well with the other kittens at the adoption center. He loves toys. He has vision problems due to the fact he was born without eyelids and was seen by an eye specialist in Shreveport and will have surgery when he is a little older. He does not let this slow him down and only requires eye drops to keep his eyes lubricated at this time :) All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered.
