We adopted Charlie when she was a kitten. She is very sweet and loving and has no behavioral issues at all. We work long hours about an hour away from home and feel that she needs a loving family that can give her more attention than we can. Charlie is mostly an indoor cat, although she likes to go outside occasionally. She is very independent and playful, and would make a wonderful pet. She only likes one brand of dry cat food and does not care for wet food unless it is Churu treats. We have chosen not to charge an adoption fee because we do not want that to prevent someone from being able to adopt.

Emmaline is about 7 years old. She is very loving and wants pets constantly. She would be good with calm dogs that don't try to rough house with her (once she becomes accustomed to them). She is good with other cats as long as they don't try to rough house either. She typically prefers to play by herself with toys. I can't speak to how she would react to children that may be a little rough as we never had children. My guess is as long as she isn't hurt she will be OK. She is absolutely terrified of the vacuum for whatever reason. No one can even touch her while it is going or she may swipe at you. She does good with baths. She is somewhat overweight and I've tried limiting her food and changing brands and using weight loss food and nothing has seemed to change her weight. Because of her excess weight, she struggles to keep her booty clean because she can't reach it. She sheds hair badly so needs to be brushed regularly or sent to groomer. Would be perfect for a calm home.

I found Emmett at a campground in December. He was dumped. I took him in, got him neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. He’s probably 2 or 3 years old. He’s a very sweet cat. He loves to cuddle and loves attention. I have enjoyed the last few months with him, but my 6 year old cat just isn’t having it. I also think he would do great as an indoor/outdoor cat, and I can’t give him that in my current situation. He needs someone that can give him lots of love and attention, and let him explore outdoors.
