Story
Maeve is such a sweet cat, but simply does not get along with other cats. Friend of mine had her as a kitten and she was raised with a dog who she got along with, but couldn’t keep anymore due to his wife being allergic to her and resulted in her being kept in a room. I agreed to take her thinking she could get along with my two cats, but because she was never socialized with other cats she does not get along well or even seem to want to with other cats. Maeve would be so perfect for a new pet owner as she is extremely low maintenance!

I adopted bebo from a local neighbor in 2019 when she was 6 months. She’s an independent cat but does like to have company around. Looking for someone to give her the love and attention she needs.

Story
We found Meredith and Maggie in April 2019 while we were camping in Oklahoma, when they were only 2 weeks old! We bottle fed them and were their “mama” in every way. We intended to get them adopted but ultimately ended up keeping them. Since then we have had 2 kids and another on the way and have discovered they do not like being around children (and my children are now scared of them). Because of this, we are needing to rehome them and would love to be able to keep them together, since they have never had to be apart. Maggie is curious and loves to hang out wherever the action is. Meredith loves to hang out in my husband’s office all day with him while he works. Both prefer not to be picked up, but be loved on you near you on the couch or in bed by being petted. They love to scratch their paws so scratching posts are a must, and do best with an automatic feeder to get small increments of food a day (we will include this with the adoption!). Thanks for considering!

Story
Trinity is a sweet and lovable girl, but she needs to be the only kitty/pet in the home. She came to us from a foster kitty mom who I knew from the cat rescue I volunteered for. We were to take her for a few weeks as the foster mom had to go out of state to care for a family member. Then when I started inquiring about when Trinity was going to be picked up, well we still have her. Trinity just does not get along with our other cats. She hisses and spits at them and then runs when they try to interact with her then the chase is on and she hides and won't come out. I have tried everything but she will not adjust so she lives in our office. She uses the litter box well and she loves to eat. I have a pet pen set up in our TV room so that she can atleast be with us when we are watching TV. But anytime one of the other cats gets near she starts hissing and spitting. I hope there is someone out there that would love to have her as she would make a great lap kitty.

Story
I saved Ozzie from the recent 2026 TX ice storm. He was living in a trash compactor next to my apartment. I NEED him to go to a good home ASAP. I’ve had 2 wellness visits and dewormed 2x and FVRCP and Rabies vax both given. He has no fleas and treated twice. He is LOVING he is in desperate longing for someone to love him close. I can’t. I could only rescue and foster for 3 weeks while looking for home. He went from extremely terrified to a cuddle bug in 2 days of living in my only bathroom. He rubs all over you once he trusts you and is neutered and I’m glad I was able to save him from a terrible death but I CANNOT keep him. I’ve been trying to rehome for much longer than anticipated.. I am on a fixed income and disabled and I cannot keep him any longer. I have volunteered for FFAR 300+hrs in the past so I just want him to go to a No Kill Shelter but more importantly a home. He is wanting a human companion and maybe a slow intro to another cat if necessary. I’ll give free supplies.

Story
Rosi is timid around new people. She shared a home with another cat. She would be the type to be a nap cat in your lap. She loves quiet and stable environment. She is very cuddly when she gets comfortable. If you’re looking a snuggle cat that comes under the covers with you, this is her. Owner is leaving to the Army and needs to rehome her.
