Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   Meet Prentice! Prentice, Penelope and JJ came to us as after being dumped out in the country and being forced to fend for themselves. These kitties got tired of the outdoor lifestyle and traded in their hunting lifestyle for a warm home with all the cuddles they could get. Their ideal home would be a semi quiet one with no young children (as they startle easily). Their current foster home is one with a preteen kid and dogs and cats after the adjustment period they do just fine. The ideal adopter is a patient person that is willing to work with them and accept the adjustment period. All three enjoy their cat tree and sleeping in their soft beds. all 3 have been Spayed, had their Rabies Vacation tested negative for FIV, FELV and been microchipped. The fee to Adopt is $100 each, If interested please submit an application https://www.pethelpersinc.org/available-pets/     Adoption Fees: PUPPIES (under 1 year) $250.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm/lyme test (if applicable), two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medicine and microchip. ADULT DOGS (over 1 year) $225.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, first set of routine yearly vaccines, heartworm/lyme test, two rounds of dewormer, one  round of flea medication, and Microchip. KITTENS AND CATS $100.00,   Includes spay or neuter,  vaccine according to their age, two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medication, felv/fiv test, and microchip. For more information on this animal email adoptionisforever@pethelpersinc.org. Pet Helpers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foster based volunteer rescue located in Fairmont, WV.  We do adopt out of state to approved applicants, if you are willing to drive to WV to pick up your pet.  We do not fly or use transport companies.  Our adoption fee is $150.00 for mixed breed puppies and adult dogs, $225.00 for full blooded puppies and adult dogs and $50.00 for cats and kittens.  Regardless if the animal is a mixed breed or full blooded they are spayed/neutered prior to adoption IF they are old enough.  If they are too young at the time of adoption, then it is your financial responsibility to spay/neuter the pet by the age of 6 months and you must provide proof for our files that it has been done.  All of our pets are checked by a vet, given the shots appropriate for their age and any other treatment deemed necessary by the vet.  All of our pets are adopted as indoor pets and are not be outdoors tied to a box 24/7.  The pet you are adopting has been living in a home with a foster family.  You are expected to take possession of the pet you are applying for within a few days of application approval.  This will enable us to accept another pet into that home.  Because we are a rescue, and believe that spaying and neutering is crucial in stopping the reproduction of unwanted puppies/kittens and massive amounts of animals dying daily in shelters across the country, we expect any animal already in your home to be spayed/neutered. If for any reason you are unable to keep the pet you have adopted you are required to return them to Pet Helpers, Inc.  They are not to be sold or given away.   Check us out on Facebook!!!!!!  We hope you will give us two paws up, like our page and share with your friends.  Pet Helpers, Inc. Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   This beautiful petite young lady is Muffy. Muffy is approximately a year old. She’s very friendly and loves to cuddle and purr. She loves to find different places to sleep and is a great bird watcher. Muffy has beautiful markings and four white paws. She wouldn’t sit still for pictures because she kept grabbing my hand and rolling over. Muffy is spayed, fully vaccinated, flea treated, felv/fiv negative, and dewormed. Muffy gets along with her furry friends in her foster home. There are no dogs in the foster home. Muffy would love a forever indoor home. Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   It’s unbelievable that Spook is still on the search for his forever home. Spook is now 7 months old but is still very much all kitten. He stays very busy and loves to play with toys and other cats. Spook is in a foster home with dogs and does well with them. He isn’t a lap can’t and doesn’t really like to be picked up and held. He does however love a pet and lovings here and there. Spook was recently neutered and the vet says this should calm him down some. Along with being neutered Spook is up to date on vaccines, flea treated, wormed and microchipped. Story
Please contact Pet (information@pethelpersinc.org) for more information about this pet.   Say hello to the Rose family! Introducing David, Johnny, Moira, and Patrick. These siblings are 8 weeks old and have had their first round of kitten vaccines. They are fiv/felv negative, dewormed, and microchipped. They are your typical playful kittens with lots of energy. They are very sweet and loving and born inside to a beautiful nurturing momma. If you are considering a kitten, please consider siblings. Research shows that two kittens thrive together and are company when the family is away from home. The Rose family is being fostered in Clarksburg and would like nothing more than a loving indoor home. Their adoption fee is $100 and their spay/neuter will be covered through this fee when they are old enough.  If you would like to make one or more of these cuties part of your family, click on the following link to fill out an application: https://www.pethelpersinc.org/adoption-application/  Adoption Fees: PUPPIES (under 1 year) $250.00,   Includes spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm/lyme test (if applicable), two rounds of dewormer, one round of flea medicine and microchip.
