Story
Zoe was born April 26, 2023, to a friend’s cat. She was a normal fun and lovable kitten, loving catnip toys and anything stringy. She likes canned meat but mainly eats kibble. Vet says she’s healthy at 11lbs; she looks fatter because her legs are short! Zoe LOVES getting water from the sink or tub, to play and drink. She doesn’t like small children but tolerates teens and adults, when she feels like it-typical cat! She does love head scratches, especially from women, but is timid around guys. Overall, she’ll tuck herself away in a hiding spot most of the day to sleep or watch life, then explore at night. She’s never really bonded with anyone in the home and with recently developed and worsening aggression toward our younger cat, we feel rehoming is her best option. If she could be the queen of her house she’d be great!

Lagoon is a relaxed, laid-back guy who loves comfy beds and lots of cheek scratches! Lagoon likes to watch the world go by, and would love a home that allows him to quietly relax and unwind. A loud, active home might be a little too much for this slow-paced guy. Lagoon has spent time with other kitties and seems to do just fine, but he does tend to get jealous of other animals over people he trusts so he may do best as an only animal in his home. --- Lagoon is a 7-year-old short-hair male. Tigerclaw is a curious, chatty guy who would love a home to explore and snuggle, where he can be with other FeLV+ kitties, or by himself. Tigerclaw loves to be held and will snuggle right up against your chest and lay there for as long as you'll let him! Tigerclaw may do well with other kitties, however Tigerclaw is positive for FeLV and would need to go to a home without other kitties, or with cats who are also positive for FeLV. FeLV can be passed from cat to cat through saliva, so any mutual grooming, nose to nose contact, and shared water bowls can become sources of infection. It cannot be transmitted to people. If you would like more information about FeLV cats, please email the Adoption Team at adoption@hspcwi.org. His adoption fee is $30. This fella really suits his name! Sweet Tea is a friendly, cuddly, lovable boy who is looking for a home where he can relax and snuggle! Sweet Tea is a slow-paced guy who just wants to be by your side and make sure you never feel lonely. Sweet Tea has been diagnosed with diabetes. This is something that will require veterinary care in the future. He should have an established veterinarian ready to help keep his diabetes under control. The good news is that Sweet Tea has been doing amazing! He is responding well to his one-a-day pill treatment and is feeling better each day. Sweet Tea's adoption fee is waived.
