Story
Meet Shirley Shrimp a tiny splash of wiggles, wonder, and just enough chaos to keep life interesting Shirley is your classic, all-in, whats that? can I eat it? kind of puppy. She wakes up ready to explore the world or at least your shoelaces. With a tail that never seems to slow down and a nose determined to investigate everything, she treats life like one big adventure.Shes got that perfect puppy blend: playful, curious, a little clumsy, and completely convinced shes everyones best friend. Shirley loves toys, snacks, people, more snacks, other dogs, and yes even more snacks. Shes currently majoring in Zoomies with a minor in Napping Anywhere (bonus points if its right on top of you).Like any young pup, Shirley is still learning the ropes. Potty training, basic manners, and discovering that toes are not chew toys are all part of her journey. The good news? Shes smart, eager, and very motivated by treats and praise, making her a wonderful student for a family ready to guide her.Shirley would thrive in a home thats ready for puppy energy, laughter, a little bit of chaos, and a whole lot of love. In return, she promises to fill your days with joy, your home with toys, and your heart with the kind of happiness only a puppy can bring. If youre ready for a best friend who will grow up with you, make you laugh daily, and occasionally borrow your socks Shirley Shrimp is ready to wiggle her way right into your life

Story
Oliver is a 6-month-old bundle of joy with a heart full of curiosity. He’s mastered sitting for treats and is now learning to walk on a leash—though he’s a little food-motivated, so treats are always a great incentive! Oliver is still discovering how the world works, so new experiences take a little time for him to warm up to, especially with strangers. This sweet, cuddly boy is full of puppy energy, ready to snuggle, play, and explore with the right family. If you’re looking for a loving, treat-loving companion to grow with, Oliver might be the perfect match!Breed is based on physical features. All shelter animals are considered to be a mixture of breeds.

Story
Malfoy was named after the bully in Harry Potter because he is mean to his brother. He is a sweet boy, just likes to bully his brother so we split them up. Malfoy loves attention and affection, but can be shy at first. He was kept in a horse trailer with little socialization, which explains his behavior. Malfoy is also playful and curious. He will do great with other dogs and probably kids too.  Mom is a Catahoula Mix but we have no idea what dad is...possibly a Hound. He has one blue eye and a black speckled nose. He is very handsome! Malfoy is about 3 months old now and will be big when full grown, maybe 60-70 lbs. If you would like more information, please contact the shelter at 870-269-5200 or go to our website at schspets.org and complete an adoption application and someone will contact you for a meet and greet.April 11, 2026, 4:57 pm
