X is 2 years old, November 20, 2023 is his birthday. He’s a super active dog, needs to be ran/walk minimum a mile a day. He’s potty trained, great with people. I’ve never had an issue with him meeting new people. Dogs on the other hand can be 50/50, he’s definitely a dog with a lot of character. I’d prefer him to go to home with some land to let him roam around like how he’s supposed to. I just don’t have the time nor the space for him unfortunately. Would love to see him go to a loving home.

Lexi is an awesome dog! She is super friendly, and loyal, bonding quickly to her people. She loves to play a game of fetch, and looks to her people to learn, play, engage and have FUN! Lexi does well with her commands such as sit, lay down, take it and drop it. Because she is a high energy dog she would do best in an active household who have experience with large dogs (she weighs ~55+lbs). She is quite food motivated, so having treats on you would be great, she also loves to learn. SHe is a great hiking, jogging or running partner! Lexi resides with a playmate at our Sanctuary and they come out to go on runs with the side-by-side buggy, she LOVES IT! And there is nothing better than a romp at the creek or at least a dip in the trough/pool! Lexi is a playgirl and a tomboy, she loves affection, playing with people and dogs, loves toys, and being an important part of her people's lives! Lexii loves being the center of attention, and so may be easiest as an only dog in the home, but for dog savvy folks, who engage in training and creating boundaries where needed she can co-house. She is currently taking a break at the Milo Sanctuary and living with three other dogs - happily! She has a beautiful golden, brindle coat and is a nice size, lean and athletic, perfect for wide open spaces and running. ADOPTION FEE: $550

I am an energetic, bouncy, and happy boy who dreams of a best friend who loves to run and play as much as I do. Long hikes, morning jogs, or games of fetch in a big yard would be my absolute favorite things. I have a lot of energy and I need a patient person who can help me learn to use it in the best ways. Sometimes I get so excited to see you that I jump up, but I’m a quick learner, especially when there’s a tasty treat involved! I already know how to "sit," and I’m so proud of myself when I do it. I’m very food motivated, which means I’m eager to learn anything you want to teach me. But my brain needs exercise just like my legs do—I love puzzle toys and learning new tricks. It keeps me from getting bored and thinking up my own (sometimes naughty) games. When it comes to play, I’m a total wrestler and I can be a little mouthy when I'm having fun. I get along great with other dog friends who can match my playful style! However, I’m not good with cats at all. My instincts tell me to chase, so a home without any kitties or small furry pets is best for me. Lola is a sweet dog that loves affection and is highly treat motivated. Lola can be shy and a bit timid at first meeting new people sense her early years were spent in the shelter with dogs instead of a family. Even though she's a bit shy, she tends to warm up fast and is not aggressive with her shyness. Unusual things sometimes startles her since she's never been in a house but her foster has been working hard on showing her every new thing. Lola enjoys playing with other dogs and her toys, plus loves walks since she does have a lot of energy. She is working on her leash manners but does well with corrections and will not tug you off your feet. She is still very much a puppy and working on her basic manners but doing well with crate training. Lola has only met dogs and does awesome. She has met young children through her crate and licks their fingers but she has not met cats. Lola is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and chipped. All Better World Rescue dogs come with complimentary group or private training to ensure a successful adoption.
