Story
How this pet arrived: Hula was brought in by a Good Samaritan on August 5, 2023. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Hula! This beautiful girl is one stunner that is sure to turn heads wherever she goes! She can be a little shy and is looking for a quiet, calm home with kids over the age of 8 to help her feel comfortable. Hula can also be quite the escape artist and has been known to jump 6 foot fences with ease. In the past, she has had a conflict with another resident dog so it is best that she remains the only pup in her new home. With plenty of patience, care, and positive reinforcement training, Hula is sure to become one amazing companion. Think Hula is the one for you? Then head on over to our Oceanside campus and don't forget to bring a leash and collar! Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: Black Dapple Weight: 67 Age: 2yrs 1mths 1wks

Indio was around the shelter for two years, neglected by his former owners, we decided to give him a space in the shelter when he started playing among the cars on the road. In the midst of danger we were able to get him to safety, and he currently has his full vaccination schedule, microchipped and neutered, ready for his new home. He is a very faithful, intelligent, calm and very sociable dog. He was raised with other dogs and cats, so he makes him a good companion for any family, he likes to go for a walk on a leash, cuddles, receive prizes and learns very quickly. He is an affectionate companion, ideal for a family with children and cats, who wants to give him the love he deserves. Story
Watson - (merle) shy at first but after he warms up to you he is a friendly boy. He has the cutest smile where his lip gets hung up on his tooth. Potty trained and super calm in the house. Athletic. He arrived with Holmes. These two appear to be bonded. However, we think it might work to separate them as they are still young but we recommend that there be another dog in the house. Holmes is super sweet and friendly. Smart, gets along with other dogs, potty trained, and is calm in the house. Very trainable. Athletic and ready for adventure. Found with his sibling. Watson
