Story
Meet Sawyer! At approximately months old, Sawyer has already had quite a journey. This handsome boy showed up as a stray, frightened and alone. He was found cowering under a house, clearly terrified and completely lost. Despite every effort to find his family, no owner ever came forward, so now Sawyer is looking for the forever home he truly deserves. Our veterinarian believes Sawyer may be a Catahoula Leopard Dog mix, and at about 55 pounds already, he's going to be a big, athletic boy! Sawyer has blossomed in foster care and is proving to be a wonderful companion. He is crate trained, knows the commands "sit," "down," and "stay," and has excellent house manners. He always takes care of his potty business when he goes outside. One thing that's become clear is that Sawyer was likely an indoor family dog before he was lost. He enjoys playing outside, tossing his toys into the air and chasing after them, but he doesn't like being left outside by himself. The moment he thinks his person is going inside without him, he'll race to the door, eager to be with his family. He loves toys and loves to take them outside to play with them. Sawyer is incredibly smart and observant. He quickly learns routines and pays close attention to everything happening around him. At bedtime, he settles quietly in his crate without a peep. In the morning, he patiently waits until he hears everyone else getting up before he's ready to start his day. This sweet, goofy boy has a playful side that will keep you smiling. He loves chasing bugs (as long as they aren't chasing him! 😊), and the frogs in his foster home's yard haven't had a moment's peace since Sawyer. He is currently being fostered in Mississippi but can be transported to you! Please let us know if you are interested in adopting this sweet boy and we will send you an adoption application! 💲 Adoption Fee: $450 The adoption fee includes: 🐶 Spay/neuter 💉 Vaccinations 🪱 Deworming ❤️ Current heartworm and flea prevention 📍 Microchip 🚚 Transportation to you via Rescue Riders LLC Pet Transport!

Story
DINKLEY - SPRING ADOPTION SPECIAL $50 Dinkley will need a special adopter. Someone that can care for his special needs. He is a 1.5 YRS old, 40 pound catahoula mix. He is very energetic and definitely needs help learning his puppy manners still. He is very, very smart. He enjoys wobble feeders, kongs, and puzzle toys. He has not been formally dog tested yet but we are happy to get that officially done, at a later date. After a few initial barks he settled down during a through-fence meeting. Dinkley is just a baby and deserves to live for as long as his heart will let him. Hopefully, he can live a long life with proper medical care! Dinkley has been diagnosed with possible Pulmonary Stenosis. It is under control and the vet feels he has a full life a head of him. He will need to see the cardiologist probably twice a year for follow up. His adoption fee is $50. Story
SEE ALL OF OUR AVAILABLE DOGS ON OUR WEBSITE: www.tracyspawsrescue.org Auburn is a beautiful Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix who has had a rough start to life. She came to us with two babies and a pellet in her leg where someone shot her, but through it all she has shown incredible resilience and sweetness. At 4 years old, Auburn is super sweet and treat-motivated, which makes her eager to learn and bond with people. She does need a warm-up period to feel safe, but once she trusts you, her loving nature shines. Auburn would do best in a home with another kind, gentle dog who can show her that the world is safe and full of love. She deserves a forever family who will spoil her, give her the patience she needs, and prove to her that she is worthy of the love we already know she is. Auburn is ready to leave her past behind and start a new chapter filled with trust, joy, and companionship. Watch the video at 6:10 to see how much more comfortable she feels !! Auburn is located at our shelter near San Antonio, TX and is available for transport to Geneva, IL on October 17th with approved application and confirmed adoption. Her adoption fee is $450. The fee includes transport cost. Story
This puppy is one of 32 we rescued from Louisiana, where animal welfare protections are almost nonexistent. Puppies there are often born into neglect — chainedup mother dogs, dirt yards, no food, no vet care, and no one looking out for them. Many are dumped, abandoned, or left outside in dangerous conditions. Please submit an application on our website. www.indianasaveadog.com. Once approved, you may schedule a meetandgreet/adoption appointment to meet any of our available puppies. Weight: 15 lbsAge: 5  months All puppies are up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and will be spayed/neutered before adoption. A $40 refundable deposit is required once your application is approved to hold this dog or schedule a meetandgreet. This helps us respect the time and commitment of our foster families and volunteers. The deposit is applied to the adoption fee or fully refunded if you attend your appointment and decide not to adopt. Adoption Fee: $350 An approved puppy pen is required for most dogs, rather than a crate  A fenced yard is required for safety. Condo applicants without fencing may be considered on a casebycase basis. A household with an adult home during the day to provide training, supervision, and companionship Children 7+ (younger children considered casebycase)   ##2836748##
