✨👑 Looking to add a stunning, stocky princess to your family? Meet Ariel! 👑✨ This beautiful ~75 lb Catahoula mix is around 2.5 years old, spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on all vaccines 🐾💉 Ariel is potty trained, *hesitantly* crate trained 😅, and walks well on a leash—just remember, she’s a strong girl 💪🐕 She loves to play with other dogs, but like any true princess, she prefers her treasures all to herself 👑🧸 Ariel would do best as the only dog or with an experienced owner familiar with resource guarding. She’s reportedly good with older kids (8+) and cats 🐶🐱👶, though her solid “beefcake” build might accidentally knock over smaller kiddos during playtime 😄 💖 If you’re ready to welcome this magical princess into your home, please submit an application today! https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HPH/Dog

Story
Maryann has not had it easy. She was adopted as a puppy, but when her dad got a new girlfriend, he decided that he couldn't be bothered with his dogs and so after a year, Maryann ended up back at the rescue. Now, she is hopeful that someone will see her sweet nature and beautiful colors and make her their newest family member. She is up to date on shots, spayed, microchipped, house trained and ready to be adopted. All she needs now is a good loving home full of happiness, playfulness and lots of love. She is in TN but one of our donors has sponsored her so the cost of transport to your area is included in her fee. We use the most animal friendly transport on the road, Rescue Riders Pet Transport.

Story
Meet Sapphire ✨ At just 10 months old, Sapphire is a stunning bully mix with a heart just as beautiful as her name. With her glossy coat, soulful eyes, and that irresistible puppy smile, she turns heads everywhere she goes — but it’s her sweet, loving personality that truly shines. Sapphire is all the wonderful things you’d expect from a young pup: playful, curious, and full of life. She loves toys, zoomies in the yard, and learning new things. Being so young, she’s at the perfect age to continue her training and grow into an amazing lifelong companion. She’s smart, eager to please, and thrives on praise and affection. After a good play session, Sapphire is more than happy to snuggle up and soak in all the cuddles she can get. She adores being around her people and is ready to build a strong, loving bond with her forever family. This gorgeous girl is ready to leave shelter life behind and start her next chapter filled with love, stability, and plenty of belly rubs. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with beauty, brains, and a heart of gold, Sapphire is waiting to meet you.We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support. May 12, 2026, 5:46 pm

Story
STAR is a foster-based rescue. All our rescue animals stay in foster homes until adoption. We do not have a central facility. If you want to meet any of our adoptables please submit an application.  Hi! I was born 3/2/26! I am one of a litter of 11! My momma is the sweetest! We are guessed to be a mix of pitty and catahoula leopard dog, giving us our wide range of patterns and colors! We are 7 weeks old and now looking for our forever homes!   Our adoption fee is $350, $50 is refundable spay/neuter deposit. I come with my vetting up to date, microchipped, some food, leash, collar, treats and toy! I also am up to date on deworming, flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Fill out an app asap to be considered.  All STAR animals come vetted, Up to Date (UTD) on age appropriate shots and testing, spay and neutered (if of age,) and microchipped. AGE DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, most of the orphaned animals that come into our rescue looking for homes don’t bring birth certificates. Sometimes we know our pets’ ages. Sometimes we don’t. So we make our best guess based on the condition of their teeth and the veterinarians best guess.   BREED DISCLAIMER: Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label . Microchips: For the safety of our dogs and peace of mind of our fosters and adopters, STAR microchips all dogs prior to adoption with Petlink Microchips. Please understand that all dogs MUST still wear a collar with ID tags (which include your current information) AT ALL TIMES. Please remember, our foster dogs are extremely important to us-- we will always take any of our dogs back, if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog. Never surrender him/her to a shelter!
