Story
Hi my name is Loki. In Norse Mythology I would be considered a wily trickster of a God and in the Marvel Universe I would be a shapeshifting time bender and also a wily trickster. I love my name but I'm no trickster. I'm just a regular dog that loves all kinds of things like hanging with people, walking and sniffing the trails, making a fun run for a pup cup or chicken nuggets. Normal things like that. I'm not gonna lie I don't love the get up I'm pictured in but I am an incredibly good sport and I do love to please. At 6 years old I stopped worrying about looking silly and I actually don't mind wearing a sweater or fun jammies every once in awhile. I hope my new family likes all those things too. I can't wait to meet my new family. They will see I am a super fun and well mannered guy that likes all the things - no shape shifting time bending for me. Nope I'm just a regular dog. Or am I (wink)...Adopt from MCASAll of our dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (and treated if positive), microchipped, and current on all vaccinations. We are open 7 days a week 12pm to 5pm for adoptions, no appointment necessary!Adoption Center: 931-375-1402If you would like more information about this dog, please contact our volunteer coordinator, Kim, at kraffauf@gmail.com

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Bear! This boy is beautiful. He is amazing! He has a beautiful curly tail and beautiful merle coat. He's beautiful and the sweetest boy. He loves to be near his people. He enjoys the company of other dogs. He likes cats and loves to try and play with them but not in a harmful way. He is a pretty big boy, but I think he would do great with kids. He would do fine with any household.  He is now ready for his forever home.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 2, 2024, 9:57 am

Story
Meet Duke of Earl, also known a Duke for short! LOOK AT THAT SMILE?!?! Duke came to us from one of our vet partners Middle Tennessee Veterinary Center after they pulled him from a shelter. He was at risk of euthanasia because of a prior injury, being heartworm positive and the fact that he was an older dude. It is clear that this guy is thankful for his second chance at life and he lives every day with a purpose to be happy. Seriously nothing stops this guy! At roughly 6-7 years old, Duke is as cool as he can be. He loves walks, meeting new people- kids included, he is smart, food motivated and loves being praised. We do not have any details on cat exposure therefore, at this time it is unknown if he can live with them. He is doing well with learning the house is not where he potty's and he has been crate trained- although not his favorite place. :) Duke had to have his eye removed due to an old injury- of being hit by a car. He has handled that wonderfully and hasn't let it slow him down. He has had his first treatment for heartworms and did VERY well! He will have 2 more treatments (already paid for) but we felt that he was thriving enough to go ahead and get him settled in his forever home! Please note his treatment will be followed through with his adopter until he is officially heartworm negative. Duke is up to date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped and is in treatment for heartworms. His adoption fee is $275. Apply now at: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SFP-A-351 Please note that we are a completely volunteer run organization. We do our best to respond to applications within 72 hours. We also can only setup meet and greets once an application has been filled out and interview completed. Story
Callie Bell is a sweet girl, she is about 30 lbs+/- and has been with us since she was 10 weeks old. She is 3.5 years old. Very sweet with her humans, smart, excited, and needs room to run. She MUST be an only pet. We are only rehoming her due to her not tolerating our older dog. She doesn't seem to like other dogs. She is good with our teenager. She loves to go for walks, she loves to play fetch and she is insanely smart. We are only entertaining serious, loving homes for her. This isn't an easy decision and we want to make sure she goes with a family that will be good to her. We are located in Middle TN.

Story
Introducing Hondo, the loyal and brave companion you've been waiting for! Hondo is a true good boy, showcasing his friendly nature with both people and fellow furry friends. He strikes the perfect balance between confident and respectful, making him a wonderful addition to any household dynamic. While Hondo may be a bit head shy when it comes to leashes, it's a trait rooted in his past experiences - his ears once caused him discomfort. But with patience and understanding, he's slowly overcoming this challenge. This resilience highlights his adaptable nature and willingness to grow. Crate training is a breeze for Hondo, reflecting his cooperative spirit. He's well-versed in the art of sitting and enjoys eating a peaceful meal. These traits make him a joy to train and a promising companion for both new and experienced pet owners. Hondo's ideal home is one that's lively and active, as he thrives in an environment where he can stretch his legs and engage in the joyful act of running. With a strong recall foundation already in place, he's open to further fine-tuning this skill. This warrior-dog's name is music to his ears, and he responds to it with enthusiasm. Though his recall could use a bit more polish, his eagerness to learn shines through. Hondo's adaptable and resourceful nature, coupled with his receptive attitude, make him a loyal partner for all your adventures. If you're seeking a four-legged friend who embodies both resilience and companionship, look no further than Hondo. He's ready to stand by your side and show you the depths of his affectionate heart. Don't hesitate to welcome this valiant spirit into your home! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

"Get your motor runnin'! Head out on the highway! Looking for adventure and whatever comes our way!!!" That is one pawsome song right? My name is Wanda! I am 2 year old Catahoula mix :) looking for an ACTIVE family! They say I'm a very smart cookie, that sounds amazing!!! Who doesn't like cookies?! I know sit, fetch and learning to drop it. I have doggie friends and I've met the kitties and they are ok too! I am still a little nervous with new people and sometimes like to bork at them so they know I'm there. Foster mom is teaching me so many cool things all the time. I am crate trained and I LOOOVE belly rubs! I would do great with an active family that likes to go on hikes, adventures and give me lots of chewy toys and stimulate my growing mind! If you like to have a good time like me, have your people get with my people and let's get this pawty started!!! Local (Texas) adoption fee is $200 Out of state (Transport) adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area)
