Story
This little dude is a one of a kind. Josh, Josh Thomas, or JT is a 7-month-old 10# Miniature Apricot Poodle. JT arrived with a very large group of similar and not so similar dogs that were part of an “encouraged “owner surrender secondary to having too many dogs and the poor condition of some. Josh arrived needing a haircut, probably his first. Initially he had some puppy shyness but that quickly resolved, and he enjoys human attention as well as romping with a variety of dogs. He is a quick learner and eager to please. He learned the position of his eating kennel quickly and runs to it when the food is coming riot begins. He is not as fond of his nighttime kennel until his foster mom is in the room.  JT would definitely benefit from a basic obedience class which should start ASAP. He is progressing on housebreaking but at times he doesn’t hurry fast enough outside but overall is doing well. An active family that can give him a lot of attention and consistency with another furry friend would be his ideal home. Josh Thomas is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and has had a vet evaluation. If you are that special person looking for that special dog hurry and fill out on application found on site below. Josh’s adoption fee is $350

What is a Giblet? A boy who turns necks, warms your gizzard, and will become the heart of your home! Giblet is the most mellow, lovable pup at SNIPSA. Rescued just in time for the holidays, he will use his Yorkie-Poo charm to flavor every gathering! SNIPSA is working to help Giblet recover from a gamete of misfortune. While we aren’t quite sure of all the circumstances, we do know that he arrived to an area shelter after losing in a dog fight. With puncture wounds to his neck, a soft tissue injury to his leg and a complicated eye ulcer, he is finally on the mend. But you wouldn’t have any inkling that this fun fellow has endured anything as he is the most gentle, kind and affectionate little boy. He is quiet and doesn’t ask for much - maybe just a cozy place to lay and an occasional bite of savory steak. He enjoys the company of other dogs and it’s very much a people dog. He would make an excellent candidate for an older person or even someone with younger children. May his future include a few beauty outings to keep his luscious locks looking their very best and a night of binge watching his favorite Netflix episodes. Apply today and get a taste of perfection!

Story
Molly is a four-year-old King Charles Cavalier Poodle mix. She weighs 12 pounds. She was surrendered by a family who had her since she was 8 weeks old, stating that she just didn’t fit the family anymore. As soon as she gets comfortable in her new home, Molly will be a devoted companion. She is quiet unless she needs to alert you to an intruder. When you need to get work done, Molly will patiently lounge nearby until you have time to give her some attention. She loves to nap next to you on the sofa and would be happy if you allow her to sleep in your bed at night. Molly is house-trained and has steadily gained confidence with walking on a leash. She needs an active family with a fenced yard. Having another fur-friend in the family or Doggy daycare would be enjoyable because she likes playing with other dogs. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and has had a full vet evaluation. Her adoption fee is $350.
