Story
Bender is a playful, loving smooshy faced boy. He's muscular and strong but just wants to chill out with his favorite companions.   He seems to be just fine with other dogs but not in the sense he wants to wildly play, as he is a little older and his main goal seems to be wanting to be your loyal companion and  lavish his humans with love.   We expect he might be okay with cats but haven't formally tested him.   If you are looking for a chilled out dog Bender could lavish you with love!   He is excited when first exiting his kennel to go potty, but otherwise walks well on a leash!  To Foster or Adopt Bender, please apply at www.buttsmutts.com.  ##2211291##

Story
Rosie is all healed and looking for her forever family! Rosie was hit by a car back in November, breaking both her back legs along with a couple ribs. Rosie laid by a culvert with bone sticking out of her leg until a good Samaritan picked her up. Rosie’s owner never came forward and she joined our rescue. Rosie had 2 surgeries to repair her back legs and a long few month recovery — but both legs are now finally HEALED! BASICS: — 1 year old — 45 pounds — Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped — Potty trained — Crate trained — Dog friendly — Kid friendly (older kids, younger unknown) PERSONALITY: Rosie is a snuggle bug. Very cuddly, loving, sensitive, precious girl. She will likely be shy at first with both new humans and dogs, but once she warms up, you have a new best buddy. She loves to be with her people and will lay in your lap for cuddles if allowed. CUDDLE: 5/5 ENERGY: 5/5. Rosie still has a lot of puppy energy and would do best in a home with a fenced yard to burn it. DOGS: Rosie is in foster with 3 large dogs. She does well with them all and loves to play. Rosie also has boarded at a doggy daycare and free played with groups of dogs very well. Rosie has also met a chihuahua and did fine, no negative reactions. The chihuahua growled at her and Rosie walked away. Suspicions are she would do fine with small dogs, too. CATS: Unknown KIDS: Rosie did very well with kids aged 7 and 11 she met! Young kids unknown. POTTY: Rosie is potty trained in her foster home, but a couple accidents in the beginning while getting the hang of a new place/schedule may or may not happen. CRATE: Rosie is crate at bedtime and when the humans leave. Rosie is definitely a dog that needs to be crated when you leave for the foreseeable future. She is essentially still a puppy with a track record of eating things she is not suppose to. Rosie would do best in a home with a FENCED IN YARD.
