Both are very sweet babies, but if Daisy does not know you, she will wait for Chip (who is not shy at all) to meet you before she ventures over. They will need a home with no children younger than 13 as Daisy will nip if pushed when she does not know you. They are tiny, weighing about 3.5 pounds each. Please help us make room to save more homeless pets!!! Adopting from Hope Rescues saves the life of two.. the one you adopt and the one your adoption makes room for. We are a Rescue which means we physically go and save lives. Hope pulls animals on their last day of life from animal control facilities that still use the inhumane gas chamber to put to death homeless pets. Story
Meet the utterly endearing Weston, who is currently seeking a loving home through adoption or fostering! Weston, a sweet gentleman, is approximately 4 years and 11 months old, and about 20 lbs., and already altered. While he possesses an undeniable charm, he prefers a home without young children or other canine companions. Ideally, Weston would thrive in a calm and quiet environment, making an adult-only home the perfect fit for him. He dreams of lazy afternoons spent lounging on the couch, perhaps indulging in a tasty treat or two. With his charming personality and longing for a loving family, Weston eagerly awaits the day he can bid farewell to the shelter and embark on a new chapter of his life.

**Think this dog might be for you? The first step is to complete an application: http://www.mominpinrescue.org/p/adoption-application_30.html We do not arrange transport for our dogs. If your application is approved, you will be required to come to us to pick up your dog.** Meet Daisy! She is about 6 years old and weighs nearly 8 pounds. She is crate trained, she eats in her crate and goes easily in when her foster mom leaves or can't keep an eye on her. She is potty trained but doesn't tell you when she has to go out, so you will need to be mindful of that. Daisy walks well on a leash and is doing well with learning basic commands (sit, wait at the door, release to eat). She loves belly rubs and likes to be held. She sits well on a lap for shirt times, then likes her own space, generally in the bedroom on the bed cuddling on a soft blanket. She let her foster mom Dremel her nails after a short time with her foster mom, and when doing a few at a time. Does very well with her foster sister, a female lab. She loves sniffing through the fence at three other neighboring female dogs. Played well with young male Chi in the yard, but after 15 min, she curled her lip at the youngster. I think she was done and he wasn't. Daisy enjoys being outside, running in the yard, and basking in the sunshine. Daisy is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, and on heartworm prevention. Located in St. Louis, her adoption fee is $260.

**Think this dog might be for you? The first step is to complete an application: http://www.mominpinrescue.org/p/adoption-application_30.html We do not arrange transport for our dogs. If your application is approved, you will be required to come to us to pick up your dog.** Roscoe is a Chihuahua with the typical snarky Chihuahua attitude. He takes time to warm up to new people, but once he does warm up, he will let you hold him like a baby and love on him. However, be advised this process won't happen the first day, or maybe not the first week. You will need to let him come to you when he decides he's good and ready. Roscoe weighs in at about 4.4 pounds. He is about a year and a half old. He needs a securely fenced yard and does not walk well on a leash! He is okay with other dogs but has not been cat tested. Due to his nature, he is not recommended for a home with children. He is fully vaccinated with a microchip and has been neutered. Located in St. Louis, if you're up for the challenge, please apply today!

**Think this dog might be for you? The first step is to complete an application: http://www.mominpinrescue.org/p/adoption-application_30.html We do not arrange transport for our dogs. If your application is approved, you will be required to come to us to pick up your dog.** Buddy is a Chihuahua mix who weighs 19 pounds and just turned one year old. He could stand to lose 1 or 2 pounds. Buddy might take a day or so to warm up but is a total cuddle bug after he feels comfortable with you. He has been with his brother Rocky since birth and has let Rocky take the lead, so he is very shy and needs some confidence building. We will not adopt these two together, as we feel that in order for Buddy to thrive, they need to be separated. He is a bit anxious about some household items… he has been scared of the blinds and the dishwasher but he is coming around nicely. Buddy is just turning one so he is still a puppy and can definitely become a more confident dog and learn quickly. Potty trained and would be best as an only dog.. Buddy is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and heartworm-negative. He is located in St. Louis and his adoption fee is $275.
