Grace is a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix who weighs about 15.5 pounds. She’s the outgoing, social star of the Will & Grace duo, always ready to charm a new friend or steal the spotlight. Grace loves a little playtime and adventure, but she’s equally happy curling up in your lap for some binge-watching and couch cuddles. Think of her as the sassy, fun-loving half who keeps every day lively. The shelter is overwhelming for him, and he’s still scared, but underneath it all he’s a gentle, loving pup who just needs a patient, trustworthy human to let him shine. Will even gives tiny, sweet kisses through the kennel to volunteers and staff that he trusts—a sign he’s ready for his close-up. Will does best with another confident dog and a patient owner who will let him take life at his own pace. She has no long or curly hair, but she will steal your heart 💖 One of her favorite activities is cuddling: with people, and even next to a kitty. Other pastimes include dancing on her hind legs & singing the songs of her people in an only key sopranos dare to reach, watching toilets flush, & sunbathing. She does like to dig, unfortunately near the fence line, so should not be outdoors unattended. Also, although she cuddles with sleeping kitties, awake kitties are fair game for tag - something they might not appreciate. Both of these are trainable with this smart pup. Archie is a 2 year old mix breed boy weighing 12 pounds. Archie is the perfect combination of playful and chill. He has a puppy enthusiasm for life and playing with the other dogs, but he also loves snuggling and sleeping on the couch by his people. He adores the cat as well, but the cat does not reciprocate and swatted him after he kept trying to kiss the cat! Archie is still a bit timid because his first two years of life did not include living in a house and being around loving people. But this wonderful dog doesn't have an ounce of aggression in his body. He's good with kids as well. His tail doesn't stop wagging, even when he's scared - it just wags lower. He's very athletic and can walk on his hind legs and leap high in the air. He's gentle when taking treats, he's just a delight! Archie needs to go to a home with another dog because he takes comfort and cues from them. He follows them outside to do his business and comes back inside when they do. Vigilance is still needed so that he goes outside at appropriate times to potty. Archie's routine: Wake up, leave crate to go out and potty and jump for joy in the air. Jump on bed to wake sleeping human with kisses. Breakfast in crate. Midmorning nap before going outside again. Snuggle with other dogs by the window and join them in alerting to people and dogs walking by. Naptime in crate. Outside before having dinner in crate. Snuggle with humans while watching TV in the evening. Out once more before bedtime in crate in bedroom. He's a young dog who will blossom in the right home. He is capable of giving so much love and affection, in fact he really really wants to. He just needs a bit of patience and a lot of love.
