At just 3 years old and 8 pounds, Gordo is living proof that the very best things come in the tiniest, snuggliest packages. This sweet Chihuahua mix is equal parts lap warmer, cuddle champion, and loyal sidekick. He adores being close to his person and will happily follow you from room to room like a tiny, devoted shadow. If you’ve ever wanted a dog who truly wants to be with you — not just near you — Gordo is your guy. He does have a soft spot for the ladies (Gentlemen, don’t worry—he’ll accept you too, but he’s a mama’s boy at heart!) and would thrive in a calm, quiet home. Meet Picadilly, a 5 year old 10 pound Chihuahua Pug mix. Picadilly is full of life and loves life and all that goes with it. She’s a happy fun curious little girl. She’s very loveable and she loves to nuzzle her head under your chin. Picadilly gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home and sees the cat as just another dog. She gets the zoomies about once a day and after that you will find her sleeping calmly in her dog bed. After a long day, she enjoys relaxing next to you or on your lap on the couch. Picadilly does tend to be a barker, especially if she sees a squirrel outside the window or in the yard, so she would probably not be good for apartment living. She would also be best in a home with older children who will respect her boundaries. She’s mostly potty trained if she’s taken out often. She sleeps in the kitchen at night with her foster siblings, but I’m sure she’d rather be in bed with you. She loves her toys and her treats. She does tend to get a little cranky if she thinks another dog might be wanting her food. After all she lived in a home with 2 large dogs and 3 other small dogs, so I’m sure they had a little challenge all getting enough to eat. She’s just waiting for her home and could that be you.
