🐾 Meet Jax — Tiny body, HUGE personality! 👑
Jax was found roaming a South Texas neighbourhood, covered in fleas and ticks and painfully skinny. Thankfully, his life has completely changed, and this little guy is now thriving in foster care! ❤️
Don’t let his photos fool you — Jax may look like a big puppy, but he weighs a whopping 3 POUNDS! 😂 We tried to show just how tiny he is by comparing him to a water bottle, but Jax had other ideas. He decided the water bottle was much more interesting as a toy — and possibly a snack! 🍼🤣
Jax is pure puppy energy. He goes and goes and GOES… until suddenly, he crashes. His daily routine looks something like this:
Play → zoomies → little barks → cuddles → kisses → PASS OUT → repeat! 🥰💤
He has also been introduced to cats, and Jax is absolutely convinced he is much bigger, tougher and badder than he actually is. 😂 He may give them a few enthusiastic little yips at first, but the cats quickly remind him that they are, in fact, much bigger than he is!
Jax is approximately 4 months old, and we expect him to remain a very small guy — likely around 8–10 lbs full grown, if even that big. He may be tiny, but his personality is absolutely enormous!

This animal is currently located in Texas, but we do NOT adopt animals in Texas due to the hundreds of animals being euthanized here daily. We ONLY do adopt in Central US and the East Coast.
The adoption fee listed INCLUDES transport from Texas to the Northeast.

We have happily adopted hundreds of animals this way (long distance), and we do our best to make sure the animal you are applying for is the best fit for your home. With an approved application, we do put you in touch with the Texas foster who has the doggy for you to make sure they are the perfect fit.
