Bio: Piper is a Texas born gal who made the trip to Wisconsin in February. She is friendly with other dogs, and loves getting attention from humans after she has had time to warm up. This gal is initially shy, especially if you meet her out and about. Cuddling on the couch has been her favorite activity since arrival, and she has been accepting crate time well when the people of the house have to leave. She has been doing great pottying outside, but may let out a nervous sprinkle here and there. Her leash walking skills have improved immensely, and she is ready for a forever home! Story
Name: Nacho Age: 5 years Breed: chihuahua mix Guesstimated Weight: 16-18 lbs Good with dogs?: yes, but needs a safe space until he is comfortable around other dogs. He is not mean, just scared. Good with kids?: very timid around kids and hides or runs away from them. (Not aggressive at all) He would do well with older/respectful children. Good with cats: yes Crate trained?: yes Leash trained?: He did OK on the leash for his new fosters House Trained?: Yes. Has not shown any destruction. He knows how to use a dog door and enjoys spending time outdoors. Current on all vaccines?: yes Spayed/neutered?: yes Heartworm Tested?: yes Bio: Nacho will take a few days to come out of his shell. He does not trust humans in the beginning. He flinches when the humans pet him. He will only allow the petting when he is relaxing in his crate, but does not appear to find it comforting. He has never snapped at the humans. We are still working very hard to gain his trust and he makes improvements every day. He does not appear to be dog food/treat motivated, but he LOVES Vienna sausages. He would pair great with a confident dog May 4, 2024, 8:05 pm

Story
Name: Finn Age: 2 Breed: Terrier mix Gender: Male Weight: 15 pounds Good with kids: Older kids Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Yes Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Foster location: Green Bay Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Adoption fee: $400 Adoption includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Bio: Most tend to think of rescue dogs as abandoned, abused, neglected, dumped. While that is the case a lot of times we also come across the tragic opposite of this. We don’t expect our pets to out live us, but when they do, have you made plans for them? Finn had an amazing, loving home with his mom and sadly she passed away suddenly. While she had thought she had arrangements should something happen, unfortunately they fell through. Finn has been very confused and missed his mom dearly. Finn is a very shy guy and may take some time to come out of his shell, but once he does he will be your shadow. Fast movements and loud noises scare him, so he would probably be best with older children. He likes the other dogs in his foster home, but tends to gravitate to the calmer, lower energy ones. Finn also ignores the cats in his foster home. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Story
Name: Nimbus Age: 6 Year Breed: Chihuahua Mix Gender: Male Weight: 10 Good with kids: Older/Calm/Considerate Good with dogs: Yes, ideally closer to his size Good with cats: Yes Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Foster location: Appleton Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Adoption fee: 300 Adoption includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Bio: You're looking at 10lbs of perfection, aka Nimbus! We've been so eagerly awaiting this guy's arrival. Nimbus was rescued with a bit over 40 other dogs from a nasty property in Texas, after the owner just up and left. You'll notice his distinct smile right away. Well that's because Nimbus suffered a broken jaw. The 'owner' came forward and admitted to hitting multiple dogs with a baseball bat, in the head. Our partners got him all fixed up before he made his journey north to us. Once again these dogs amaze us. Nimbus is a sweetie, and was quick to give me some gentle licks, and will hopefully adjust great to a new and brighter future than is first 6 years. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc.
