Story
Jack is a chiweenie that is around 13 years old. I rescued him from the a shelter roughly ten years ago and they said they estimated he was 4 at the time. He was abused in his first home so he is very skiddish. He isn't high energy and doesn't bark a lot. He is also mostly or all the way blind which happened this past year. With my busy work/school schedule and having just had another baby at home, I haven't had the time to dedicate to him anymore.

Story
Lily is a very sweet girl. She's a deer-head Chihuahua. 8.5 years old. She is 100% an inside dog. She will not walk on a leash. I typically put her in a dog stroller when I got out walking. Most of the time, I keep a doggy dress or sweater on her, as she gets cold easily. She wears size XS. Her nails have to be clipped often. Last year, our vet cleaned her teeth and she lost 14 teeth due to issues with her gums. Therefore, you will need to take good care of her teeth. Our vet assured me she was fine, as they have 42 teeth total. She has a very strong bark (she small but mighty). I feed her American Journey dog food for xtra small/small breeds from Chewy.com. She will let you know when she needs to go out to potty. This is a very difficult decision for me to rehome her. But my life is so incredibly busy, its not fair to her for me to be gone from home so much. I'm ONLY rehoming her, out of love for her. Also, Lily LOVES wrapping up in a blanket to nap. She's a blanket baby.

Story
Female; 10-yr-old Beagle mix; 28 lbs. House trained. Hazel is a smart, healthy, spunky little girl. Her soulful eyes are very endearing. Sometimes medium energy level; other times low energy level. Great at dog park & boarding. Enjoys pets & rubs; doesn't demand them. She LOVES car rides, head out the window; ears blowing in the wind! Needs to be on a leash when outside or in a securely fenced area. Generally, she is a low maintenance pup. Will let you know when she needs something; (i.e. potty, food). She alerts when an animal/person is outside the house. She does become anxious during thunderstorms and fireworks. She is on an inexpensive prescription medication that curbs her anxiety to a large degree when this happens. She needs her caregiver to be home during these times to keep her from panicking. At all other times, she can be left at home unattended with no problems.

Story
Taz would love to be the main man in your life! This 1 1/2 year old rat terrier/chihuahua mix is looking for his very own person! Taz is a total ladies’ man and prefers female dog friends, though he can stay neutral with male dogs that aren’t overly dominant. He would also be perfectly content being a one and only! He currently lives with cats in his foster home and doesn’t seem to mind them. We’re recommending homes with older children only at this time since he hasn’t been around many kids, and younger children may make him nervous given his backstory. Think he could be your main squeeze? Apply to meet him! ##2734672##
