Story
Jax is a sweet 9 year old chiweenie that unfortunately our house just cannot accommodate. He is diabetic and as a disabled individual, I cannot take care of him on my own anymore. As I said, he is diabetic, so he will need insulin shots with his meals, but he takes them like a champ. He loves to have vegetables as a snack as well with celery being his favorite. He is a snuggly boy with a mischevious streak, but he really just needs a home that will give him the attention he deserves that unfortunately I cannot provide. He is house trained to a degree. His previous owner severely neglected him and did not try to house train him at all, but he will let you know when he wants to go outside and loves being outside in general. Jax has a lot of personality for a little guy and I just want to see him go to a loving home.

My name is Leo! I'm a loving and loyal pup whose previous owner cherished me deeply, but unfortunately, they couldn’t continue to care for me. I’ve been described as a good boy because I get along with other dogs and I’m non-reactive to cats. You’ll be delighted to know that I’m kennel trained and potty trained, making me quite the well-behaved companion. I’m currently learning commands like sit and to come when called, and I’m eager to please! One of my favorite things in the world is being a lap dog and soaking up all the love and attention I can get. I also adore going for walks and have a blast chasing after squirrels. There’s one small thing my new family will need to be aware of—I have a heart murmur and am on medication for it. But don't worry, I'm still full of energy and love to give. I can’t wait to find a new home where I can share all my affection and joy. Could that be with you?

I need a very patient family who will give me time to come out of my shell at my own pace. Itandamp;#39;s really important that I go to a home with another dog-having a furry friend helps me build my confidence and feel more comfortable. andlt;br/andgt;andlt;br/andgt;Iandamp;#39;ve been in a foster home for awhile now&#44 and Iandamp;#39;m beginning to come out of my shell and blossom!
