Hello, meet Nia! She is 2.5 years old and a mixed breed. She loves queit and calm spaces and would love a big backyard to run around in. We adopted Nia 2 years ago and unfortunately, we are unable to keep her. We have another dog and they get a long just fine but she does prefer to be the only animal as she can be quite jealous. Like most dogs, she is afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks but if she takes her anxiety meds, she will be just fine. Nia needs to be in a home with no young children. They make her nervous and she doesn't like when they're loud or run around. She truly is the sweetest girl and we wish we had the right environment for her to thrive. Story
Akamaru is a ~4yo pure bread designer breed intended to have the likeness of a bulldog without the health issues. The breed is called a Bulldoggle (according to the breeder I bought him from). Overall he is a good dog with a good heart. He’s very playful and loves attention. It breaks my heart to rehome him, but I am absolutely failing as an owner and he deserves better. About a 1.5 years ago he suddenly developed a skin and paw issue that leaves him very oily and itchy along with yeasty paws. As a result he needs bathed 2-3 times a week, to avoid swelling bad and to feel comfortable. With enough time and care the condition could go away according to the vet. However, I’m suffering from depression, and really do try my best but am not caring for him. The constant itching in his paws and skin is making him very anxious and causing behavioral regressions around barking and jumping onto desks/tables/ect. I hope to find someone that can properly care for him.
