Alice can be very nervous around unfamiliar people and situations, but once she feels safe and builds trust, her loving personality comes through. Favorite Things: Snuggling with her person, curling up under blankets, relaxing on the couch, and being close to someone she trusts. Funny/Cute Quirk: Alice is a professional blanket burrower! She loves getting cozy and tucking herself into blankets when it’s time to relax. Foster’s Favorite Thing About Them: Once Alice trusts you, she forms a strong bond and loves being close to you. She’s an affectionate little companion who needs someone willing to understand her and give her the security she needs. THE DETAILS Energy Level: Low to Medium Good with Dogs: No Good with Cats: No Good with Kids: No Potty Trained: Mostly; may have occasional accidents Crate Trained: Unknown Ideal Home: Alice requires an exceptionally specific home with one adult woman and no men, children, cats, or dogs. Alice needs a quiet, predictable environment with someone who will respect her boundaries and allow her to feel safe. Name: Judy Age: 13 years young Breed: Chihuahua Sex: Female Personality: Judy is very much a Chihuahua… in all the ways! 😂❤️ She can be a little sassy when you first meet her, but once she gets comfortable, she is incredibly sweet. Judy knows what she wants and mostly asks that you respect her boundaries. She loves being petted on her terms or simply sitting beside her favorite person and enjoying their company. Favorite Things: Going for walks, getting pets, sitting next to her people, spending time with Jack, and enjoying life at her own pace. Funny/Cute Quirk: Judy may be 13, but she still wants to go, go, go! Her back legs sometimes have different plans, so when she gets tired on her walks, she has her very own stroller to keep the adventure going. 🥹 Foster’s Favorite Thing About Them: Her sweet, sassy personality and how much she enjoys simply being beside her person. Energy Level: Low to moderate. Judy still loves her walks and adventures, but her back legs limit how far she can comfortably walk. Her stroller allows her to continue enjoying longer outings. Good with Dogs: Bonded with Jack. Compatibility with other dogs is unknown. Good with Cats: YES Ideal Home: A loving, calm home where Judy can enjoy her senior years alongside her bonded companion, Jack. She would love someone who understands that senior dogs may need a little extra patience and who will respect her boundaries while giving her all the companionship and affection she wants. Known Medical Issues: Judy is currently on heart medication, which she takes very easily. She also has some weakness/limitations in her back legs that can make longer walks difficult, so she uses a stroller when needed.
