Story
Lola is a 9 year old brindle Chihuahua Daschund mix. When we first got her we did not have any children for two years and she was treated as our only child. We now have two toddlers and a newborn and the added responsibility of a dog who needs more attention than we can give her now weighs on us daily. She is a high energy dog who would love to go on walks, She would prefer to be in a more quiet home with less chaos/anxiety inducing activity going on around her. She is very anxious when in a crowd or when new people are over and the unpredictable nature of kids seems to scare her. Ideally we will find her a loving home with no children or other pets. We have all of her vet records/receipts from over the years.

Penny’s a 4yo (DOB 2/16/22) 25lb (is on a diet and losing) Chiweenie. She’s dog, cat and kid friendly. She’s housebroken when kept on a schedule, pee pad and crate trained. She’s good in a secure fenced in yard and/or going for harnessed leashed walks. She takes a little time to warm up to new people and environments but once she does, she loves to be with her people getting tons of love, attention, cuddles and pets. Penny’s foster requires a where they will continue to help her on her weight loss journey so she will be healthy. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Penny as all dogs should have at least 2 weeks in their new home with just their people who live in the home and to not have people over for at least 2 weeks. Dogs need time to settle in and adjust to their new people and environment first so they can learn to trust them first. Penny’s spayed, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped. We rehomed Caju in Florida two years ago, she was living in a cage and in much need of a better life/home. She is sweet, love cuddles, we believe she is around 8yo, likes to play and smile or chill in her bed in the living room.
