Lansdale (aka Lanie)! Lanie, one of the sisters to Hattie, is a fun loving approx 12 week old mixed breed puppy in search of her forever home. We have no idea what Lanie is mixed with. Possibly some Dachshund and smallish hound (beagle?) but it is all a best guess, really we have no idea. Our best guess is they will be small to medium sized when full grown. Lanie, like her sisters, has all the important puppy skills down pat. That is essentially playing, giving kisses and being cute. She is super treated motivated and would love to be the star of a training class or program. Lanie has started working on crate and house training but still needs work in these areas. Lanie, like many pups that come from humble beginnings, is learning lots of things about the world and building her confidence with new things. She is looking for a committed adopter that at minimum will take her to puppy & socialization classes to keep her on the right path. Lanie's adoption fee includes age appropriate vaccinations, microchip and spay. She is also up to date on preventatives. Say hello to "Mohawk" Sophie!! Sophie is a sweet little longhaired dachshund "chubster" who is looking for her furrever home. Her Dad has Parkinsons Disease and has to be admitted to a facility for care as he is unable to care for himself and Sophie. She's a bit overweight (we're working on it!!) as he let her "graze" with food down all day. He also pee pee pad trained her, as it was difficult for him to let her go outside to do her business (we're working on going outside as well). She gets along well with other dogs, but would be very happy getting all the attention as as only child! If you sit down on the sofa or chair, you will shortly have a companion with you! Loves sitting close to you or on your lap. She only knew two humans in her life, her Dad and his daughter, and no other animals. Sophie is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested negative and is on prevention. She doesn't pee or poop on a leash, so a fenced yard is best for her, and a human who is semi retired or retired as she is used to having someone home with her 24/7.
