Story
Tiny is a soft, gentle little sweetheart just waiting for the warm, loving home his tender soul deserves. Tiny is a sweet little munchkin who’s been quietly stealing hearts with everyone he meets. This gentle boy dreams of a calm, cozy home where he can finally feel the love, comfort, and security of having a family of his very own. He enjoys his leisurely strolls around the farm and gets along with other dogs—as long as they’re not too high‑energy for his serene little soul. He’s the kind of pup who melts into affection, offering the softest presence and the sweetest companionship. We can already picture him curled up on your lap, soaking in every moment of love. Tiny is ready for quiet nights, joyful days, and a family committed to cherishing him for a lifetime. This 7‑year‑old Dachshund mix is pure love wrapped in a tiny package, and he’s so deserving of his happily‑ever‑after. Please email Adoptions@LaManchaAnimalRescue.org to meet Tiny. ***** 7 years old. **GUNNER`S & CHESTER`S ADOPTION FEES HAVE BEEN FULLY SPONSORED THANKS TO AN ANONYMOUS DONOR**Hello, my name is: GunnerApprox. DOB: 07/30/2016Sex/Breed: Neutered male Long-Haired DachshundWeight: 13.2 lbs Hello, my name is: ChesterApprox. DOB: 05/04/2011Sex/Breed: Neutered male Long-Haired DachshundWeight: 18.3 lbs Chester and Gunner came to All 4 Paws when their family was moving and could not bring them along. We knew we had to keep them out of the shelter system and offer them a safe place to land. These boys are ready to find a family that will love them through their golden years! Chester likes to keep an eye on you from a comfortable distance, occasionally coming over for a gentle pet and is the lazier one of the pair. Gunner, a bit more energetic, loves to play with toys and run for a bit before settling down for his own naps. He’s a snuggler, enjoying couch time. Both boys are treat-motivated and are doing well with a consistent bathroom schedule. These boys are easy-going at home, but do enjoy a leisurely daily stroll and time outside. Taking in owner-surrendered pets like Chester and Gunner – especially seniors and those with medical needs – is part of our mission. In many cases, these pets would end up in overwhelmed shelters. By bringing them directly into our foster homes, we offer immense benefits: immediate comfort, a quiet environment away from the stress of a shelter, personalized attention for their medical needs, and a chance to decompress and show their true personalities. It`s a win-win for everyone, especially for these deserving dogs who get to bypass the noise and fear, heading straight to loving care. These boys are just two of many who benefit from your support, allowing us to be a safety net for pets facing an uncertain future.Who will open their home and hearts to Chester and Gunner? All our pets are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting? Story
Hello, my name is: SnapApprox. DOB: 01/17/2026Weight: 6.8 lbsSex/Breed: Male Miniature DachshundRescued From: Breeding kennel*SPECIAL NEEDS: SNAP IS DEAF* Snap, Crackle, and Pop are three irresistibly cute dachshund puppies ready for their forever homes. These little ones are double merles—an outcome of irresponsible merle-to-merle breeding, which can lead to serious health issues, including vision and hearing impairments. In their case, all three are deaf, but that doesn’t slow them down one bit! We were happy to step up to offer these babies a soft landing and the chance at finding devoted families to call their own. These pups are happy, playful, and full of life, moving at a comfortable middle-of-the-road energy level. They catch the zoomies and run around playing tag out in the yard, but then settle in beautifully for a snuggly nap afterwards. Snap is the “puppiest” of the bunch. He is most playful and is usually the one to instigate shenanigans… he’s so much fun! They are looking for homes with committed adopters ready to take on the unique (and rewarding) experience of training a deaf dog. Dachshund experience is strongly preferred, as these little guys come with the breed’s classic traits—big opinions, bigger voices, and long backs that need special care in avoiding injury. They currently live happily with other dogs and gentle older kids, and would do well in similar environments. Their deafness can make them a bit more vocal, so they won’t be suited for apartment living or close neighbors.Snap, Crackle, and Pop are ready to bring joy, laughter, and a little extra personality into the right homes—each just needs a family willing to listen in a different way.All our dogs are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting?
