Story
We acquired Zoey as a puppy in January of 2018 from the local SPCA. She is a sweet and caring dog and well behaved with my three young children (6,4,2). The children will jump on her occasionally, pull her ears, etc and worst case scenario she just gets up and moves away from them. Zoey is in need of a family that can spend more time with her. Everyone is gone from our home for 12+ hours most weekdays and Zoey suffers from separation anxiety. She paces, her breathing gets heavy, and, in a few occasions she has chewed the molding of the doors, typically if she hears us outside and can’t get to us. She is on anti-anxiety medication from the vet and that has at least curbed the destructive behavior. Zoey’s ideal family will be older and able to spend ample time with her. She currently goes to doggy daycare once a week and has no issues with the other dogs. She basically just wants to be with her people. All the time and we are unable to provide that for her at this stage of our lives

Story
PJ is a very sweet cuddly dog. He loves to sit with you on the couch but is also okay laying on a dog bed. He knows basic commands and is crate trained. He is good with kids, dogs and farm animals. He loves to play fetch and go for walks and chew bones. He does get car sick so doesn’t enjoy car rides. He can be a little anxious when he doesn’t know what he is expected to do and will put himself in his crate to get away from too much stimulation. He is excited to meet new people but can be easily redirected to go relax. Unfortunately his favorite person has had some health issues, making their allergies worse and for 2 years we have tried to manage it but seems to only get worse not better. Would love for him to find a loving home and wants to play outside and snuggle on the couch. It breaks my heart that is can’t be us anymore.

Story
We rescued our dog from a high-risk shelter in Texas when he was about 1 or 2 years old, now approximately 5. He is a unique and beautiful mix of Doberman, Catahoula, Great Pyrenees, and Husky with a personality as special as his lineage. He is incredibly sweet-natured, quiet, and well-mannered in the home. He doesn’t bark unnecessarily, chew furniture, or cause damage and is remarkably gentle, especially for his size. He will give a few barks when someone approaches the house, just enough to let you know he’s on duty. He is very patient and gentle with children, and he has never bitten a human. In fact, he once instinctively protected a human walker from another aggressive dog. He has a high prey drive and requires a lot of exercise. We are heartbroken to rehome him, but we are committed to finding him the perfect new home where he can continue to feel safe, useful, and loved. Adjectives that describe him best: energetic, intelligent, quiet, protective, affectionate, and brave.

Story
Bronco is a sweet and affectionate four-year-old mixed breed boy weighing around 60 pounds. He is neutered, fully up-to-date on his vaccines, and ready to find a forever home filled with love and sunshine. Bronco is a total cuddle bug who adores people and loves rolling around in the grass on sunny days and Is his favorite way to soak up life! He is incredibly affectionate and would make the perfect loyal companion for someone who wants a dog that is all heart. He loves walks in the park and especially loves treats. He is crate trained if need be. He would do best as the only dog in the home or with a friendly, respectful female dog. Male dogs aren’t really his thing, but with humans, he is nothing but love. If you are looking for a big, sweet soul to share your days with (especially the sunny ones), Bronco might just be the perfect dog for you! Email Alleycatzoo@aol.com for a video

Story
Hopper is a beautiful approximately 6 year old male dog from Mississippi that I adopted from the spca in 2019. He's a sweet boy and full of energy, very loyal and protective of you and your home. He requires someone with patience as he has some separation anxiety and sound sensitive. He's been great with my shih tzu but she is older and he just wants to play a little rougher so may do better without any other animals or small children. Probably good for someone who is home most of the time wanting companionship.Due to unforeseen circumstances I need to rehome him so this isn't an easy decision but necessary. Any questions feel free to ask.

Story
Boo is a very lovable pup from providence animal shelter in media pa. He loves to go on walks and hike! He's older now so he loves his sleep and getting to be outside. Boo is very low maintenance now that he's a little bit older. He is fully potty trained and sometime will wait til the storm or rains stops to go potty! He is trained with walking, sit, stay and leave it. He loves to be with people tho if there are storms or fire works. He doesn't do anything but just sit next to you because he can get a little scared but other than that he just wants to know you're there with him. He is very loyal and just love him a lot but my full time work schedule and baby have became a priority. I just want the absolute best for boo and nothing else. If you would like to learn more about boo just ask away. Thanks so much!
