She is quite possibly **one of the sweetest dogs you could ever meet**. Once Lilly trusts you, she loves deeply and wants nothing more than to be close to her person. But there is something important her future family needs to understand: **Lilly is scared. Really scared.** New people, unfamiliar places, sudden movement, noise, and changes in her surroundings can overwhelm her. Her first instinct is not aggression—it is to **run, hide, and make herself disappear until she feels safe**. That means Lilly does not need someone who expects her to become their best friend in five minutes. Wishbone is LOVING life now!!! Soaking up every moment of snuggles, comfort, and joy. But his journey didn’t start that way. He came from a very bad situation, one no dog should ever have to endure. Despite what he’s been through, Wishbone chose love. Today he’s happy, trusting, and full of hope, showing everyone that even the hardest beginnings can lead to beautiful second chances! Babe is super sweet and adores playing with other dogs. She had come from a hoarding situation so she takes time to warm up to new people. She will only go to a home with another small dog because that is what she is used to and she LOVES playing. A fenced yard is also a MUST.
