Buster Needs a Foster or Adopter by 1/17/26 to Secure His Ride to Wisconsin
Buster is currently in a Georgia kill shelter and must have a foster or adopter to secure his spot on the transport truck to Cedarburg, WI with Mutt Life Dog Rescue. Without a home commitment, he won’t be able to make the trip.
Meet Buster Buster’s story is one of second chances. This 1-year-old Chihuahua mix was surrendered when his previous owner no longer wanted him—but Buster hasn’t let that stop him from being his joyful self.
Weighing just 12 pounds, Buster is a super happy, peppy little guy with tons of spunk. He has a bright personality and loves being around people. Even in the shelter environment, he remains affectionate, upbeat, and full of life.
Buster is likely potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained, and he is neutered, making his transition into a home much easier. He has done great with other dogs, cats, and kids, with no issues noted, so he could be a wonderful addition to many different households.
Buster will be available for transport on 1/17/26—all he needs is a foster or adopter to say “yes” so he can make his way to Wisconsin and start the life he deserves.
