This 1-year-old Chihuahua mix was surrendered when his previous owner no longer wanted him, but that hasn’t dimmed his joyful spirit. Now safe and out of the shelter, Buster is showing just how special he is. Weighing just 12 pounds, Buster is a super awesome, sweet, and low-key little guy. He has an easygoing personality and loves being around people. In his foster home, he has been affectionate, calm, and happy to just be near his humans.
