Story
Meet Fiona – 8 Pounds of Sass, Snuggles, and Pure Heart! Fiona may be tiny, but she has a larger-than-life personality that fills every room she enters. At around 4 years old and weighing just 8 pounds, this Chihuahua has already lived quite the life—but now she’s ready for her next (and best!) chapter: a forever home where she can be adored just as much as she deserves. Once a stray with a patchy coat and an empty belly, Fiona has transformed into a sassy little queen. Fiona is incredibly loving and bonds deeply with her people. She enjoys being close and will gladly cozy up or burrow under blankets with you at every opportunity. She does well with kids and other dogs. Fiona is obedient, devoted, and never met a food item she didn’t love. She adores her soft little toys and will ask to play fetch with them. Fiona has been diagnosed with heart failure, which is likely related to a heartworm infection, and is currently well managed with daily medication. She’s completed heartworm treatment, but needs to take it easy with walks and playtime for a while as her heart is monitored post-treatment. Most dogs do show improved heart function after heartworm treatment + recovery time - but only time will tell! In the meantime, Fiona remains happy, spirited, and full of love. She doesn’t let her diagnosis define her, and she certainly doesn’t want you to treat her any differently—unless you're offering belly rubs or soft blankets, in which case, she’s all in. Fiona's not just a dog—she's a little warrior in a tutu (figuratively, but also possibly literally if you have one), ready to dance her way into your life and heart.

Story
Tito may only weigh 5.5 pounds, but he carries himself like he owns the place. At around 7 years old, he’s a chihuahua with all the classic traits: bold, expressive, energetic, and absolutely certain he deserves attention. Found as a stray with rotted teeth and skin issues from parasites, Tito bounced back with impressive attitude. He’s had a full dental cleaning with 18 extractions and is feeling dramatically better. His skin and sleek brown and white coat are now healed, and his ears are nearly there, too. Otherwise, Tito is healthy and active! Tito is what we’ll lovingly call a "firestarter". At home, he always wants attention, but also on his terms. He loves other pets and tries to initiate play constantly… unless it’s nap time, in which case he expects peace and quiet. Adding to Tito's mystique, he comes off as mellow and reserved outside of the home, whether it be for a vet appointment or socialization. He’s a tiny dog with big character: energetic, social, enigmatic, opinionated and happiest in a home that appreciates the unique allure, and occasional chaos, of chihuahuas. Tito's ideal home has other playful pets and no little kids. If you’re a chi lover who appreciates a dog that knows what he wants, and understands the balance of boundaries and spoiling, Tito will fit right in. Tito doesn’t just want a home — he wants an audience. And honestly? He deserves one.

Meet Molly and Daisy! Molly and Daisy are bonded sisters in need of a new home. Molly and Daisy are both 13 year old chihuahua mixes. Daisy is black and grey and weighs 11 pounds, and Molly is black and tan and weighs 13 pounds. As a bonded pair, Molly and Daisy need to be adopted to the same home. Molly is shy at first but warms up quickly and is the perfect loving companion. Daisy is warm and loving. She immediately rolls over for belly rubs! Both girls are great companions. They both love to sleep with their human and they love to snuggle beside you any time you sit down! Their foster mom says their behavior is absolutely perfect. Both girls are able to go potty outdoors or are able to use potty pads indoors. Molly and Daisy are both in good health. They have been fully vetted and are up to date on vaccinations. They are spayed and microchipped. They take monthly heartworm prevention. Molly and Daisy’s adoption donation is $500.
