Jolene isn't looking to take your man, she's looking to be your lady! This sweet approximately 1012mo old female chi mix is a loving, sweet and friendly girl. Although subdued, she's not really shy, she comes out of her shell fast and loves to make friends, cuddle and snuggle- and will give kisses willingly. She's also friendly with other dogs, although she is new enough we don't have a ton of experience with her playfulness yet, but we expect she will enjoy companionship, especially with calm dogs that keep her chill vibe rockin. She's about 9lbs and a great pick-uppable, lap dog size- and she will keep you company, quietly nearby, just waiting for a look and a pat from you. Don't miss out on this wonderful girl! Apply to foster or foster to adopt. She will be spayed shortly.

We can consider moving puppies in pairs to foster-to-adopt homes before then if the families are local to these areas and able to bring them to scheduled events. Otherwise, puppies will need to remain in their current foster homes until the end of October before transitioning to foster-to-adopt.

Hey there, I'm Carl Dean, a petite 3-year-old white and tan Chihuahua named after Dolly Parton's rock solid husband. I'm ready to find my forever home. I've been through a lot but I'm a gentle, loyal boy who might need a little time to settle in at first, but once I trust you- and I do trust quickly- I'll be your devoted shadow. I even made friends with the vet when my foster mom was holding me for comfort. I'm curious about the world around me and absolutely cling when you hold me, which is something I am working on to loosen up a bit as they say- but cuddles are definitely part of the package. I am working on leash, crate and housetraining but I am doing well. I've only had a few days to get to know my foster family and their schedule, but we are starting to sync and I will be solid as a rock someday soon. I'm looking for someone patient and loving who'll let me be their loyal, lap companion so we can Netflix and chill together, forever...I hope you pick me!
