I adopted Stella from LifeLine Animal Project eight days ago, hoping she would be a companion for my Saint Bernard, Comet, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy for lymphoma. Unfortunately, Stella’s energy level is much higher than what our household can safely manage. She loves to play but hasn’t quite learned boundaries or when another animal has had enough. She’s also very interested in chasing cats, so I believe a cat-free home would be best. Stella can get overly excited and mouthy during play, so she would benefit from an experienced adopter who can provide consistent training, structure, exercise, and patience. She’s not a bad dog! She’s simply a high-energy girl who needs a home better suited to her personality. Due to Comet’s medical needs and my own physical limitations, I’m unable to provide the environment and

We initially got koda as a puppy from my wife’s youth pastor. He is a loyal, energetic, vigilant dog. He was with me while I was in the marine corp and got me through some tough times. Lemon loaf is one of a kind! She has the head & legs of a chihuahua and the body of a husky/lab. She is the most precious low rider. She does have hypothyroidism and will be on medication for the rest of her life, but it's not expensive. She will be loosing weight as her hormones adjust to the meds. She lives in a foster home with 4 other dogs and 5 kids. She enjoys being by her foster moms side and doing her own thing. Blackberry and Lemonloaf came from a terrible neglect situation. They were abandoned in a condemned home for weeks. She is very sweet, dog friendly, kid friendly.
