Story
It breaks my heart to post this, but we are looking to rehome our 5-year-old Chow Chow Shadow. He is a wonderful dog who is very true to his breed, aloof with strangers, independent, smart, and strong-willed. Once he bonds with you, he is incredibly loyal and calm. The reason we are rehoming him is because he is having a difficult time adjusting to life with our toddler. We have tried to make it work, but it’s clear that he would do best in a quieter home without young children. Shadow is housebroken, enjoys being indoors, and is happiest when he is lounging and napping in a peaceful space. He would be the perfect companion for someone who understands the Chow breed and can provide him with a calm, stable environment.

Finally, Rilo is free and can find his forever home. And he's ready to go home with you! He's the sweetest, most adorable guy! Rilo gets along with other dogs and he would do ok in an apartment or a home with a secure yard. He's very soft and just beautiful!
