Meet Magneto 🐾
Magneto is a sweet Cocker Spaniel who came to us from a Missouri breeder, and this handsome boy has already captured his foster family’s hearts! He is up to date on vaccinations and neutered.
Magneto is the perfect combination of cuddly companion and playful pup. He is gentle, smart, affectionate, and loves people and other friendly dogs. He also does well with cats!
At night, Magneto sleeps quietly in his crate and can hold it for about 8–9 hours. During the workday, he goes back into his crate with a lunchtime potty break and some time to stretch his legs and run around. He has access to a fenced yard where he can freely potty. He can also potty while wearing a harness and leash, although he does a little more marking when he is free to explore the yard—which has helped reduce indoor accidents.
Magneto may be a little reserved when meeting new people for the first time. After all, strangers are strangers! But offer this sweet boy a few treats, some cuddles, and a little patience, and you'll quickly see his personality shine. Before long, he’ll be ready for playtime, bonding, and plenty of affection.
His foster family has three resident dogs. Magneto loves playing with the younger pup and enjoys being nearby, while he is wonderfully respectful of the two older dogs and their boundaries. He really seems to enjoy having canine friends around.
