Meet Sara. This precious girl joined the NorCal family when she was found as a stray and we rescued her from the Napa shelter. Sara will NOT be ready for adoption for several months as she will need ear surgery to remove her ear canals, due to horrible ear infections. We only wanted to share this sweet girl. We will keep you updated on her progress.

Bella has been fully vetted and needs a little work, but will soon be ready to join your family and be your perfect companion. She is probably one of the easiest dogs we have ever had. Meet Ben and Jerry! These two sweet boys are about 5–6 years old and absolutely full of life. They are incredibly playful, affectionate, and love being around people. Ben and Jerry came to us when their previous owner was no longer able to care for them. They are a bonded pair, so we’re hoping to find them a forever home where they can stay together—they truly are best friends. They get along well with other dogs, are friendly and social with people, and walk nicely on a leash. They ride calmly in the car and haven’t shown any negative reactivity. We’re not yet sure how they do with cats. Most of all, Ben and Jerry are loving, joyful companions who deserve a safe, happy home where they can continue to thrive—together. Meet Betsy. This sweet girl joined the NorCal family after the very sad passing of her owner. Despite the changes in her life, Betsy has remained affectionate, loving, and gentle. Betsy enjoys being close to her people and would love to join you on walks and daily adventures. She walks well on a leash, rides well in the car and is friendly to everyone she meets. Betsy is cautious about meeting new dogs, but we are hopeful that once she feels safe she will be okay. She would love to be any only dog that will give and receive all the love and attention she deserves. Betsy has been fully vetted and is a happy, healthy girl.
