Hussle was given to us by a family member when he was 6 months old. The reason why she couldn't keep him was because her daughter is severely allergic to dogs. We have had Hussle for a little over 6 years now and they have been an adventure. Our family’s schedule has changed, and we are no longer able to give Hussle the time and attention he deserves. He experiences separation anxiety and does best when he is not left alone for long periods. It's because of this he is on anxiety medication. After a lot of thought, we feel that finding him a home that better fits his needs is the best decision for him. Hussle is very loved, and this has not been an easy decision for our family. We want to make sure he is placed in a safe, loving home where he can receive the companionship and attention he needs.

Hello everyone! Unfortunately, I’m looking to rehome my 6 month old male Cocker Spaniel, Mylo, and I’m hoping to find him a loving and responsible home. Mylo is crate trained and house trained, and he knows several basic tricks. He is a sweet, playful puppy who deserves a home that can give him plenty of love, attention, exercise, and care. He will come with his crate and some of his other belongings to help make the transition easier. There will be a small rehoming fee to help ensure he goes to a responsible home and to help cover some of the veterinary expenses he has received. Mylo is not neutered at this time. Panther is being fostered in PA.9/8/26: Panther continues to heal from her first TECA surgery, an infection delayed healing a little bit and we hope to be able to remove her sutures in another week or so. Her sutures have been removed from her eye and it has healed very well. She's feeling a little shy and will only let us take pictures of her "good side"! Such a prima donna!She is still waiting for BDRA to raise the remaining funds so that we can schedule her second TECA surgery. We are about halfway there but until we have raised the money, she has to wait a little longer.My name is Panther and I want a home where I will have someone to cuddle me all the time! I will follow you around and show you just how much love I have to give. I live with a bunch of other dogs in my foster home and I like them all but if I have to be the only dog that you love, well, I'm fine with that too!My favorite thing in the world is Churro treats. My foster mom likes to hide medicine in them and she thinks I don't know it, but I don't care because Churro bites make everything yummy! I'm not a picky eater but when my foster mom puts some homemade food on top of my kibble, oh boy is that the good stuff! I gobble that down so fast!I like going out for a little while but I would rather be inside laying on the couch or a bed, even the floor. Sometimes it gets just too hot out there and I don't like that. I will walk for you on a leash but I would rather just run along with my foster mom through my fenced in yard. It's so much fun following her around.I've had a bit of a rough time, they just stole my left eye, I don't know what they plan to do with it, it's broken, but whatever. I don't even miss it a little bit. They also did some big surgery to my left ear. My foster mom calls it a TECA and the surgeon explained to me that it was a Total Ear Canal Ablation. I don't know what that means but I know they took all the yucky things out of my ear and now it feels so much better. They tell me I'm going to have the same thing done in my right ear. I can't wait, my right ear hurts so badly too! My foster mom said that they are waiting until they raise the money to do it. I don't know what money is, but I hope they raise it soon so I can feel all better!Right now I am not looking my prettiest, but I am healing every day and my fur will grow back good as new!My foster mom says the family that gets to live with me forever will be a very lucky family. I'm the best girl ever!BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.

Doctor Knox is a handsome blonde, wavy haired Cocker Spaniel who is about to turn 4 years old in November and weighs a nice trim 33 pounds. A healthy and happy boy who loves to talk (bark) to alert people to new people coming around, Doctor Knox loves his toys to play with and going for walks/. His story is that he lived happily as the king of his castle for the past almost 4 years until his owner decided she had no time to spend with him and turned him in to the rescue. He is a boy that loves his people and he will need to have a strong alpha owner who tells him it is not needed to have him protect you from people coming around that are new. We think he went to 'Bodyguard School' sometime in his life. We have training tips to insure that he doesn't do this at his new home. He is a gorgeous dog and is happy and wiggly and loves his chew toys. Brave is a 2 year old cocker spaniel. This is what his foster family says about him... Brave is two years young and looking for his forever family. Brave is crate trained, potty trained and knows to sit, wait, leave it and place. He is very smart and food motivated! He is neutered, up to date on all of his shots and behaves well at the vet. Brave and his Foster Mom are working with a Trainer to address his reactivity when walking on a leash. He will need someone who is willing to keep up the training he has done so far and can continue to make progress. Brave loves adventure, playing with his toys, hunting for them in hide and seek play and especially going for walks. He would do best in a home without other pets and with older kids and he is very used to kids coming in and out. Brave needs someone to be patient because he can have his guard up at first but he is just frightened of new people sometimes and you will see his tail wagging. Once he gets to know you, Brave can be very loving and is happiest by your side or lying on his bed near you. He is such a sweet boy and has so much love to give! Roman is a 7 yr old Doodle I adopted from a California nonprofit rescue as a puppy. Roman has the personality of a cat—introverted, independent, sassy, spunky, and silly. He loves humans, enjoys naps, and has the funniest sound effects to communicate. He's trained, relatively low-maintenance, and has lots of travel experience. Having to rehome Roman is difficult but Roman has some resource-guarding behaviors that can become more pronounced when he is stressed and as I am pregnant, I cannot confidently say he is safe around young children. This is not a decision I want to make, but one I feel I need to make for both my baby’s and Roman’s safety. He would do best with adults or older/teenage children who understand and respect his boundaries. He likes other dogs but prefers his own space and finds grooming and vet visits scary (but as needed meds help!). My greatest hope is to find Roman a loving home where he will be safe, understood, and deeply loved.

Teddy is a very sweet boy. I had him since he was less than 1 year old. He’s good and sweet and house trained. He just lack behavioral training- esp since Covid. He was not around many people and when he acted out, we did not properly addressed and trained him. How he can be a little snappy. But overall he’s very sweet and smart. He is very food driven. Can show some signs of resource guarding such as food and toys. We have a toddler and a newborn and cannot handle the stress of baby getting in his face and risk an accident.
