Story
Our Austin Landmark Litter was born in April 2026. They will be available to go to their furever families the 3rd week of June. Their mama is a beautiful cocker spaniel and the dad was a husky/malamute/samoyed mix. Our boy Zilker possesses two, piercing blue eyes that instantly captivate you. Interestingly, Husky pups are all born with blue eyes. Yet, they may change eye color within 2-3 months from birth. We believe that Zilker will maintain his baby blues his entire life. Zilker is just a smidge lighter than his brothers Barton and Bonnell, but his curiosity, intelligence and playfulness are right up there with them. At birth, all pups in this litter were black and white. We are beginning to see brown freckles pop up on their muzzles and knees. They continue to grow and socialize. Zilker is getting potty trained with pee pads and already uses our doggie door to go explore outside and to occasionally do his business in the backyard. Story
Tofu is a major cutie—a sweet, cuddly 1.5 year-old Cockapoo with a heart full of love and a tongue that’s almost always sticking out (seriously… it’s part of his signature look!). This affectionate little guy lives for kisses, snuggles, and being close to his people. If you’re looking for a best friend who wants to be wherever you are, Tofu is your guy.Tofu has a playful puppy spirit and still gets the zoomies like a champ! While he does have some hip and back leg issues that we’re still learning more about, it doesn’t stop him from running, playing, and enjoying life. It’s believed these traits may be inherited. Regardless, Tofu doesn’t let it slow him down and continues to be an active, happy pup.Because he’s still a puppy, Tofu can get a little mouthy when he’s extra excited, but he’s made great progress learning to redirect that energy to his beloved chew toys (which he absolutely loves). For this reason he may need to be in a home with full grown children. He’s also very fond of his toy box… though he’s still trying to understand why throw pillows aren’t considered toys. 😉Tofu is crate trained and does well settling in his kennel. He has come a long way with his potty training and continues to improve, especially with a consistent routine—he may just need a little extra patience and guidance to get fully there. He loves being outside, especially lounging in the grass and soaking up the fresh air. At the end of the day, Tofu’s favorite place is anywhere he can curl up with his human. He truly just wants to be loved and part of a family. With his sweet personality, adorable bleep tongue, and endless affection, Tofu is ready to steal hearts and become someone’s perfect companion.Interested in Adoption? Our Austin Landmark Litter was born in April 2026. They will be available to go to their furever families the 3rd week of June. Their mama is a beautiful cocker spaniel and the dad was a husky/malamute/samoyed mix. Like most Husky mixes (43% Cocker Spaniel, 31% Siberian Husky, 12% Alaskan Malamute 4% Samoyed), Barton displays heterochromia. One brown and eye and one blue eye. He also sports a heart shaped patch on his chest and with his intelligence and inquisitiveness, he is sure to locate your heart. Story
Miss Daylee is a GEM. Apparently, she did not get the memo that she is a "senior." She is housetrained, (as long as it isn't raining). She loves being on your lap, when she isn't checking out the toy box to find a stuffed toy to whip around and chew on. She likes to chew on nylabones, and get into papers to shred. She is very smart and loves climbing on the furniture to find a nice, high, perch to view the world from. DayLee also likes to be your watch dog, and will alert to you people walking by the house, or leaves blowing around in the back yard. She is very inquisitive and entertaining. She loves sleeping in bed with her people, but will use a dog bed next to the bed if there isn't enough room. This little girl doesn't know a stranger, and has a friendly wag for anyone that shows her attention. DayLee will make someone a wonderful companion. Let's get this birthday girl the BEST present: a new family to love. Interested in adoption? Our adoptions require an approved application which you can find on our website.
