Story
Son adopted cupcake less then 60 days ago, had for move and unable to take her with him. We are unable to keep her due to HOA. She is very playful and crate and house trained. Walks well on leash. Suspect she was abused and is afraid of getting in the car. We have been working with her and she is very affectionate and likes to snuggle. Cannot find shots record and requesting information from high country humane society where she was adopted.

Story
Hi! My name is Rio, I'm a sweet boy looking for my forever home! I am very loving and I enjoy hanging around with my favorite volunteers and staff. I can be a little shy when meeting new people in my kennel, but when I get out in the yard I open up completely and I love to zoom around and play. Speaking of the yards, who wants to be stuck in those all day? If I'm left alone I will jump the fence, as I have a passion for exploring, and a fence has a hard time containing me! I keep to myself for the most part, but I've never been nasty to other dogs, so bring your doggy friends to come meet me and we'll see if we get along! If you already have a kitty in your house, I won't be the dog for you, as I do NOT like cats. Thank you for stopping by to meet me!

Story
Are you ready for nonstop fun? My name is Daisy. I'm an adorable doggo and I have stunning eyes to get lost in. I came to High Country Humane because my owner couldn't care for me anymore. Regardless of where I came from, I'm just focused on finding my furever home. Is it with you? Maybe I should tell you a bit about myself first! I'm as playful as I am affectionate. And one of my favorite things to do is going to town on a good chew. I'm active which means I would thrive with a yard to run around. I'm doggy door trained and leash trained. I know some common commands like sit. I have previously lived with big dogs and loved it, we would cuddle and play! I would prefer to not live with smaller dogs, and would like to meet with any friends you may have for me! I am very playful with kids and love to play fetch! I am sweet and love attention! Do I sound like your new best friend? I hope so! Contact my foster by TEXT at (928) 600-8720 to meet me, I can't wait to see you! Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We register that microchip (FREE!) and provide a free health exam with each adoption. Please bring a leash and collar for your new pet or plan to purchase a set at the shelter for $5 each. The shelter is open 11-5 PM, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you!
