I've been fostering him for far too long (over a year now). He is about a year and a half old. I took him in at 4 months old because someone else couldn't and I didn't want him sent to the pound. He is a wonderful dog and I love him but I don't have the time or energy to care and train him. I've taught him some basic commands but he requires more energy and attention than I can give him. The reason I have had him for so long was because I was holding him for someone and I never heard back from them. I also did a DNA test from basepaws, results are attached.

MEET PACO! Sweet, sweet Paco was rescued from the streets of Ensenada, Mexico by a compassionate Canadian couple who could not keep him. He was quite shy at first but warmed up quickly and has blended in super well with the other dogs he has met. He is an affectionate sweetheart and loves nothing more than to snuggle, play and be happy! He's also fully housetrained. Paco is quite mellow but gets super excited when he's getting attention from a favorite human. His love for people and life is so heartwarming and he can't wait to become someone's best friend.Paco is great with other dogs and cats, too, and he weighs about 40 lbs. He is currently in California, but can be transported to Idaho.

WOOF! I'M ROCCO! I'm a 2-year-old Border Collie-Flat-Coat mix in need of a foster or forever home! I was recently rescued from a crowded California shelter, where I was impounded as a stray. I then was adopted, but returned less than 24 hours later as someone in the house had allergies. Fortunately I was rescued and now am ready for a foster or forever home! I have done great with other dogs and am a happy, playful boy. I love to play with other dogs and hang out with humans. I weigh 59 lbs. Could you foster or adopt me? I'm currently in California but can be transported to Idaho. Please email for an application.
