Jax is a gentle, middle aged fella who gets along with other dogs and loves interacting with people. He enjoys walking on a leash (and is getting trained with the gentle leader) and taking car rides. If you are looking for a low-key buddy to hang with, then please apply.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Jax's adoption fee is $275. We saw her on Facebook and she needed somewhere to sleep urgently. She was tied up outside in all weather. She had issues with food and water wich we worked on, she immediately bonded with my daughter, she loves to play with other animals, she will do anything to go play with another pup. Her only cons are that she has separation anxiety, and pulls on the leash, but with enough exercise shes not as bad on the leash, and will listen to commands while okay leash. She is very energetic and HAS to have a backyard to play in, she is the sweetest cuddly baby dog ever. I've never met such a sweet dog. She loves anyone and everyone! She loves to dress up and show off her outfits! Shes all around the perfect dog, as long as she can get her energy out! She has been a momma. Unfortunately we were never going to be able to keep her long term. We hoped it could work out that way but it hasnt and we just want whats best for her. I have lots of more information for anyone interested.
