Story
Meet Lilly Lilly is a 1–2 year old sweetheart weighing in at about 30 lbs of pure love and wiggles. She’s the perfect medium-sized bestie — not too big, not too small, just right for couch cuddles and backyard zoomies. This happy girl is great with kids, loves other dogs, and is always ready for a play session with her furry friends. If there’s a game of chase happening, Lilly is in! When playtime is over, she’s more than happy to soak up affection and hang out with her people. She’s doing well with housetraining and is such a smart cookie. Lilly would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time — she loves companionship and being part of the action. Whether you work from home, are home during the day, or just want a loyal little shadow, Lilly is ready to clock in as your full-time best friend. If you’re looking for a playful, loving, kid-approved pup to add joy and tail wags to your life, Lilly might just be your girl ##2658760##

Story
Meet Snap! This one-year-old bubbly border collie mix is one lovey dovey dude! He's 50 pounds and is ready to be the best friend you could ask for! Snap has spent time in a home environment and we are excited to share all we have learned about him. House-trained and crate-trained, Snap aims to please! He's affectionate and outgoing with everyone he meets! He's a master snuggle baby and won't hesitate to find a comfy place on your lap to enjoy. Snap is a smart guy who will thrive in an environment where he will receive continued training and lots of daily exercise and mental stimulation. He is a very capable boy and sits nicely for all sorts of treats. A fenced-in yard for him to enjoy is a must due to his prey drive and he promises to keep your yard free of those pesky squirrels! Snap enjoys the company of other pups and could do well with a canine companion. He's a fan of soft squeaky toys and after a fun-filled day, he sleeps quietly through the night. Based on our evaluation, we feel Snap will do best in an active home with adults or families with kids ages 12 and up. He may have the capability to live in a home with other dogs of a similar energy level and we are happy to do a meet and greet with your family fur baby. Someone with breed experience who can keep him active and engaged is preferred. If you think he sounds like the guy you've been searching for, head to greatlakesdogrescue.com today and submit your application for our sensational Snap!
