Callie truly doesn't have a mean bone in her body and has a sweet, easygoing personality that shines with everyone she meets. Callie is a well-mannered girl who already has great house habits. She is house broken, does excellent in a kennel, and knows how to use the dog door like a pro. Her calm, affectionate nature makes her a wonderful fit for just about any type of family. When Callie came into rescue, she tested positive for heartworms, but she has completed treatment with Immiticide and is ready to start her new life. She should test heartworm negative at her six-month recheck, so she is good to go! If you're looking for a loving, loyal, and gentle dog who will fit right into your family and fill your home with love, Callie may be the perfect girl for you. â¤ï¸ Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for her entire life (up to 15+ years or more.) You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. Her adoption fee is $200. This includes her spay surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccination, Nobivac® Intra-Trac 3 vaccination, Drontal® Plus, IDEXX SNAP® 4Dx Plus Test, Tri-Heart® Plus chewable tablet, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar. Our group focuses on assisting open admission shelters in South Texas where over 32,000 dogs and cats are euthanized each year. Our puppies and dogs are completely vetted and live in foster homes. They are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and tested for heartworm disease. All adoptions include one month of flea and heartworm preventative and a leash and collar.
