Story
🏠 Currently in a Toronto foster home Meet Kiri 🐾 A 3-year-old female Jindo–Welsh Corgi mix, affectionately known as a true short queen with her adorable little legs. She weighs around 10 kilos, making her the perfect compact companion. Kiri’s story is one of second chances. She was transferred to Dream Tails after facing euthanasia at a city shelter in Korea, and she’s now ready to begin a new chapter with a family of her own. Kiri loves people and thrives on affection. She enjoys being close, soaking up attention, and curling up for cuddles — her fur is wonderfully soft and comforting. She walks nicely on leash and gets along well with other dogs, making her an easy companion both at home and out on walks. Kiri may not have lived in a home before, so her future family should be prepared to gently guide her through potty training and daily routines. As she adjusts, she might show a bit of puppy mischief, which is completely normal for a dog learning about indoor life. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, she’ll settle in beautifully. Kiri has a medium energy level, meaning she enjoys daily walks, playtime, and mental stimulation — but she’s just as happy relaxing and cuddling afterward. Are you ready to welcome this short queen into your heart and home?

Story
Currently in a Vancouver foster home 🐾 Hello, I’m Bombom — a gentle boy ready for a brand-new beginning. I’m a Welsh Corgi–Spitz mix boy, about 7.2kg, with a small but sturdy body and soft white fur that everyone notices right away. People say I have a cozy, comforting look — the kind that makes you want to smile when you see me. In February 2024, I was rescued from a place where dogs were being slaughtered. Three of us were saved that day… and I am one of the lucky ones. Because of where I came from, people worried I might be afraid of humans. But surprisingly, I’m not. I love people — truly. If you call my name, I’ll trot over with my tail wagging, hoping for affection. I enjoy attention and I have a sweet, gentle heart that just wants to be loved. I get along naturally with other dogs and have a calm, easygoing social nature. I’m also great on walks — steady, relaxed, and lovely to walk beside. Being outdoors with someone I trust feels peaceful and happy. I’m more than ready to be cared for, cherished, and loved. Now, I’m waiting for a forever family who can give me a safe, warm place to spend the rest of my life. Please give a new beginning to a soft-hearted boy like me — a boy with fur as white and gentle as his heart. 🤍🌿 With love, Bombom 🐶

Story
Hi, my name is Eunsong 🤍🐾 I’m a female Mini Jindo–Welsh Corgi mix, about 3 years old, and I weigh around 13kg (29 lbs). With my short little legs and round, sturdy body, people often find themselves smiling the moment they see me. I’m gentle, calm, and affectionate — the kind of dog who feels like she was born to be someone’s perfect companion. I truly love people and get along well with other dogs too. When you pet me, I’ll happily roll over and show you my belly, asking for more love. I express affection easily, and because I trust people and stay calm, I naturally help others feel relaxed and comfortable from our very first meeting — like a small angel quietly walking into your life. I’m also wonderful on walks. I don’t pull on the leash, and even in new environments, I walk confidently while enjoying my surroundings. I’m not easily frightened, so I adapt fairly quickly to unfamiliar places, making every walk peaceful and enjoyable. I was rescued from a shelter where I was at risk of euthanasia and spent time in a foster home, where I learned what family life feels like. Later, due to changes in circumstances, I moved to a training center. Thanks to my previous home experience, I adjusted to the new environment relatively quickly, and I continue to get along well with both people and other dogs here. While potty routines may not have been perfectly maintained in shelter or training environments, I have lived in a home before. With my future family, I’m expected to quickly settle back into a steady daily routine. My ideal family is one who gives love generously, values quiet companionship, and is ready to warmly continue a shared life at home with me. If I meet that family, I promise to give back unwavering trust, a deep sense of comfort and stability, and endless love 🤍

Story
Who am I ? I'm Nanni, a female Corgi cross. Think of a cute Corgi body with a heart-warming lab face/smile (all my dog friends are envious)! I'm 7 months old (spayed) and currently weigh 25 lbs. and I’m expected to be a small-medium sized corgi with the typical small body and short legs. I love cuddles, am outgoing and good with humans, dogs and cats alike. Where did I come from? I was born in August 2025, my siblings and I had a very hard start in life. We were born on a rural property just outside Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, largely uncared for until a worried neighbor went to check on us to bring us food. We did suffer from wounds on our backs from getting caught on some fencing. Thankfully we got the care we needed from our rescuer and the SPCA PV. I'm now happy, healthy, spayed and fully vaccinated! I do have some of the scars on my back and lost part of my tail, but I think it makes me look cool and cute. I went to check out a Saturday market and was able to hang out and meet with some humans large and small. I also went to a neat sanctuary and got to play with other dogs and cats (see video). I have the confidence of a large dog in a smaller dog's body. My smiles and cuddles are sure to win your heart. What am I looking for? I'm looking for my forever home and person(s)! I'm currently in foster care in Squamish with my big sister Vanilla (different parents but have grown up together as litter mates). I've only lived outdoors in a warm climate so I would love some guidance on settling into a nice home and environment where I can take my time and be introduced into the beautiful world. If you think you might be a good fit for me, please reach out to pvcaadoptions@gmail.com
