WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org ✨🐾 Meet Little Bit — Proof That the Best Things Come in Tiny, Fluffy Packages 🐾✨ (4 Years Old • Shih Tzu • 9 lbs • Male • Professional Shadow) If you’ve ever thought, “I’d really like a dog who quietly follows me around like a very cute cloud,” then Little Bit is about to be your dream come true. At just 9 pounds and 4 years old, Little Bit is sweet, gentle, and delightfully low-key. He’s the kind of pup who prefers soft beds, kind humans, and being exactly wherever you are — no chaos, no drama, no unnecessary barking commentary. Despite being surrendered for being “too energetic” (allegedly 🙃), Little Bit has shown us nothing but calm, quiet manners. Here, he’s more low to very medium energy — playful when invited, content to lounge when not, and always happy just to be included. His only “crime” was lightly chasing porch cats, which he would like the court to note was non-threatening...just a little, I wanta say 'hello'. 🐶 Little Bit’s Best Features: • Very sweet & submissive — gentle soul alert • Great with other dogs and respectful of everyone’s space • Not much of a barker — strong “peace and quiet” energy • Playful but not demanding — he reads the room like a pro • Small, delicate, and affectionate (handle with love & cuddles) Because he’s petite and submissive, Little Bit would do best in a home without small children — not because he’s grumpy, but because he’s more “porcelain teacup” than “rough-and-tumble toy.” He’d be perfect for someone looking for a loyal companion, a quiet buddy, or a furry little shadow who wants to be part of your daily routine. If you’re looking for a dog who will follow you from room to room, sit politely nearby, and occasionally remind you how adorable life can be… 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org — Little Bit is ready to be your tiny bestest furry friend. 🐾💖

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.  Keep checking back for upcoming events I will be attending!       DOB: 12/07/2022 Requires another dog in home: Yes, another well-balanced dog is required Okay with dogs of all sizes: Yes Okay with cats: Unknown Okay with children under 12 years old: No Weight: 10 pounds Requires a fenced yard:  Yes, required Note: dogs must always be leashed whenever outside of a contained area. Invisible/ underground fencing is not recommended for most rescue dogs. Are you that kind of special person that's looking for not just any dog who immediately loves you and wants to be with you all the time, but one who makes you work for a relationship instead? Kind of like a cat but perky and house trained?. Corbin is that dog, he is  very afraid of being touched by humans but he definately loves them.  He's come a long way in his short life and he actually really enjoys being pet and scratched, but on his own terms. He often approaches to be pet when you wake up in the morning being flat on your back and perhaps a little groggy. If your sitting, you're much less scary.  Corbin loves to play with other dogs and truly loves the companionship of other dogs big or small. A role model dog is really important for Corbin as is a fence to keep him safe. Corbin is house trained, and crate trained, and a very good listener.  Corbin struggles to trust people and no doubt it's because of past experiences. He is the sweetest little guy with a huge heart and you can see that in him every day.  He wants to trust and he loves to be loved, his past is just in his way. If you're that special person who knows how to work with a frightened dog, who has endless patience to wait for him, and be on his schedule, Corbin is for you.  Corbin is an overall, very happy dog who loves the feel of the sun on his face when he's sitting outside, with other dogs and LOVES treats.  All he need snow is a forever home with lots of patience, unconditional love and a family that will help him be the best he can be! With time he will learn to trust – we are taking baby steps. Will you take those baby steps with me? Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders.  Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a  particular dog whose bio states those needs and do not currently have them, please understand that your home might not be the right fit.  Please use the filter on our Adoptable Dogs page to find the perfect match for your home.   ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there***Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you have other questions about me you can email Underdog Rescue at <inquiries@underdogrescuemn.com> ADOPTION EVENTS:      Adoption events are updated at the top of each dogs animals' as their foster home signs up. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.  Keep checking back for upcoming events I will be attending! Hi there, darling. I’m Jenni — a distinguished senior lady of the fabulous Lhasa Apso variety. Think less “old dog” and more “retired royalty with excellent hair.” Sure, I sleep a lot. Beauty rest is important when you look this good. But don’t let the naps fool you — I still get the occasional zoomie… well, more like a graceful wiggle with enthusiasm. Toys? Love them. People? Also love them. Lap space? Especially love that. Now, full disclosure: I previously lived with a tiny human. Let’s just say… I prefer my roommates potty-trained and able to respect personal space. So I’m currently accepting applications for a calm household without small children where I can enjoy my golden years in peace, luxury, and a well-curated nap schedule. I can be a smidge cautious at first. I like to scope things out. Conduct a vibe check. But give me a little time and I’ll promote you straight to BFF status. I’m loyal, devoted, and an expert-level snuggler. I won’t bark your ear off. In fact, I’m so quiet you might forget I’m there — until you look down and see a small, fluffy constant by your side. In a world full of chaos, I offer stability. Warmth. Soft snores. And unwavering companionship. All I need is one faithful human to share the couch — and maybe a toy or two.  Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders.  Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption.  This will be at the adopters expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses.  Underdog cannot guarantee hypoallergenic or non shedding qualities of any dogs in our rescue.  Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe.
