Zebra is a male Pooton puppy born 1/19/24. Like his name indicates, he is a mix of black and white. He has an adorable little face and is very playful. He enjoys playing hide and seek with my resident dog and exploring outside. He kennels easily with his sister throughout the night and during periods during the daytime for naps. Potty training is a work in progress. He likes belly rubs. Bower is the sweetest little ball of love! He is a Pooton, which is a purebred poodle and purebred Coton de Tulear born approximately 1/19/24. He’ll likely never get above 15 pounds and 12 inches tall, so he’ll always be a little guy. His hair will grow medium-to-long length and require grooming. Bower is learning that having a home is wonderful! He’s super playful and wants to run and play with toys all day long. He’s working on potty training, and learning he gets lots of praise when he does his business outside. Potty training is coming along beautifully! He lives with Foster Mom’s resident dog who he absolutely loves. He has loved every dog he has met so far. Inside the house, Bower has run of the house and he frequently jumps onto the dog beds to lounge and nap. He has been in a crate, and he does just fine in there. He’s not in his crate for more than a couple hours at a time. He loves toys and keeps himself entertained with a variety of toys. He’s a puppy so he wants to be chewing on most everything. Keep your nice shoes out of his reach! He LOVES treats, and dinner time makes him very excited. Rides in the car are becoming one of his favorite things to do. He’s doing great with walking on a leash, but he can’t walk too far, and certainly not walk fast.  His little legs are perfect for nice short strolls where he can stop and sniff along the way.  Bower is with his foster mom most of the day and he’d do best in a home where someone will be home with him most of the day. He’d also do best in a home where there’s another resident dog who he can learn from. Diamond is a female Pooton (cross between Coton De Tulear and Poodle) puppy born 1/19/24.  She has beautiful black and white coloring and is a little fluff ball. Like her brother Zebra, Diamond is joyful and loves to play with people and my resident dog. She kennels easily with her brother for the duration of the night and on and off for naps during the day. Ruby is adorable. For a long time, she was part of a two dog home, and a two parent home. Within the last two years, I lost my wife and her older brother Dog. I travel a lot for work, which leaves her with a sitter or boarded far too often. She needs daily love. Now... she does like to bark at things happening outside sometimes, she's a good protector. She is best in a fenced in yard and loves to go on walks. If she gets out, she will runoff and explore the neighbors yards, always returning exhausted. She will bark on a leash but has never bitten anyone or another dog. She iss protective of her owner but friendly with other dogs and people. She is quite healthy, sees her vet regularly and gets groomed about every six weeks. It breaks my heart to post this but I'm sure there is someone out there who would make a perfect match.

Hello, I’m Nina, a precious and sweet albeit VERY shy female Chihuahua/Bichon Frise mix puppy. I am cautious around people in general and I don’t like loud noises or a lot of commotion, so I’m not sure if kids are a good fit for me! I admit that I follow mom everywhere but it’s not necessarily because I want her attention…I just want to know what she’s up to…unless she’s giving the other pups attention then…of course, I must be part of the action! Hee, hee!! I love playing with toys and eating treats and have even started taking treats from foster mom’s hand…YAY for me!! I am still working on potty training, I don’t have any experience with the leash, and I don’t like the kennel/crate. In fact, I will holler a LOT when I first go into the crate and randomly throughout the night so just for the record, you have been warned! Hee, hee!! Anyway, I have not met any cats or larger dogs, but I do well with smaller dogs like me and will need a companion and a fenced yard at my new home so we can safely explore and play! Hi, my name is Corbin and I am a very shy and timid puppy that is ready to find my forever people with patience, toys and lots of love to help me be the best I can be! I’m very afraid of being touched by humans but I do love them.  I’ve been brave enough to lick my foster mom’s hand but I’ll run away if you try to hold me or pick me up.  With time, lots of patience and love, I’ll get there.  I’m getting a little better every day but when things are scary, they’re really scary! You have to understand that I likely have never been in a loving home so sounds like the TV, clanking dishes, the horrible vacuum and lots of commotion might make me a little worried. I have shown foster mom that I do have some puppy antics in me, hee hee! I like to play with soft toys, run around the yard and wrestle with the other dogs in my foster home. So, it’ll be important that I have a good doggy role model in my forever home to help me learn that touch isn’t scary and keep learning. A social, well-balanced and confident dog is required. This means that my buddy will need to show me humans are safe, how to get on a potty routine and teach me which toys are the best! My fur-brother and the other dogs in my foster home have been amazing teachers! I am still working on my dog skills like potty training. We go outside on a routine, but I will still need of practice in my forever home. Foster mom wants to let you know that I am smart – I already know what “go potty” means! We tried kennel training, and oh boy, I will tell you how much I don’t like it! Bark bark! Foster mom uses gates for the dogs when she isn’t home. I also bark at her when she comes home – maybe I’m telling you I’m glad you’re home, or maybe I’m filling you in on what happened when you were away!  Also, a fenced yard is required as I don’t have a leash or tie-out experience. This is very important for potty training too. My foster mom said I’m fun, adorable, learns quickly and likes to play with other dogs and that I play hard!  Oh and that I have a wonderful appetite! I will let you know with a bark bark that I am excited for dinner! I’m just an overall, very happy dog who loves the feel of the sun on my face when I’m sitting outside, other dogs and treats.  All I need now is a forever home with lots of patience, unconditional love and a family that will help me be the best I can be!
