Story
Hello, I`m Frankie! I`m a seasoned gal, and I`ve learned to appreciate the simple things in life. I like making new friends, and I`m always ready to give a wagging tail hello to everyone I meet. I`m mellow too, content with a quiet afternoon nap or a leisurely stroll. I`m brave, unafraid of new experiences, and gentle, always treating my friends with kindness. I`ve got a lot of love to give, and I`m hoping to share it with a family who appreciates a senior lady`s wisdom and grace. My sweet friend Bayla relies on me to help her feel confident and secure. We share a special bond, so we are required to start our journey in a new home together. We may do well with other dogs in our new home after a slow introduction. Bayla can be shy in new spaces, so our friends at the shelter recommend that any children in our new home are age 10 or older so they can understand her needs.Adoption Price: $1 + $250* Perfect Pair with Bayla 57858487Monthly Promotion Applies

Story
George came into us from another rescue. One of their advocates was able to rescue him on the street and take care of all of the medical to get him healthy. But they found that he was extremely fearful and they did not have the proper situation for him to try to work through his fear. He came to our rescue in the middle of May 2023. He is terrified of being touched. We are not sure if it was caused by abuse or if he's never experienced human touch. After working with him it's very clear that he would love to be loved he is just unsure how to proceed. He will need an adult who is patience and understanding with him but also confident enough to give him direction so that he can feel supported while working through his fears. A home with no children is recommended and he does really well with small confident and kind dogs.

Story
Yodi is four years old born in 2020. I'm not sure what breeds he mixed with. He has a long body and short legs and weighs 12 lbs, He has had two rescues in less then a year. The first rescue was when a witness saw him being beaten. Witness was able to get him to the vet for emergency care. Yodi has scars on his face and butt, but he wiggles with happiness. Yodi is forgiving of humans as dogs usually are. After his medical care he lived with another woman and her many dogs a short time until she passed away. Yodi is very happy boy who likes attention. He loves his belly rubbed. He is a couch dog who wants to sit on you or next to you. He snuggles his head under your chin for hugs. He does like to play with stuffed toys. He's happy to be picked up. I think he will be a great family dog who wants a companion. He is OK with other dogs and is pretty good with cats. He is living in a foster home that is a cat rescue also. He is fine with the cats as long as they don't try to snuggle on his face. He walks the house with the cats and pretty much ignores them. He loves small stuffed dog toys. He plays fetch. Yodi will make a great companion who wants company to watch tv with and a sleeping buddy.

Story
MEET SADIE- This stubby little cutie has won all of our hearts. She lived with another medium size dog, 4 cats and several kids before coming to the rescue. Sadie is crate trained, walks nicely on a leash and will sit on command. Sadie is still considered a puppy at 10 months old, She doesn’t free roam while indoors here so she may need a little patience completing house training. It’s unclear if she was house trained prior to her arrival. We’re not entirely sure what Sadie’s breed mix is. An internet search of several different angles of her say she is dachshund / Golden retriever and a couple other searches say basset / shepherd or dachshund / shepherd. Whatever she is, she’s 100% adorable! We’re told Sadie was born in June of 2024, making her 10 months old currently. She weighed 31 lbs at the Vet. Sadie is now Spayed, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. If you believe Sadie is your love match please send some information about yourselves and how Sadie would spend her days with you along with a request for an adoption application to gooddogk9rescue@yahoo.com Thank you, Good Dog K9 Rescue Inc.

Story
Maggie is a wonderful little puppy. She is very sweet. I unfortunately just do not have the time for her. I got a new promotion at work and am unable to give her the time that she needs. She is kennel trained, and sleeps in her kennel every night we’ve been working on potty training and she’s been doing great on that. She loves to play loves to cuddle and respond well to treats. I have her DNA records and the vet that she’s been seeing It would be an easy transfer she would do great with a family or another dog 6 months old
